Low battery on sensor v2 one day after use, battery or new sensor wanted

After 1 day the sensor we put on our garage door stated that is was low battery, and the second sensor on the window won’t connect online. I would like to receive new sensors and/or a battery as we just purchased this item on April 28 and it was put up on may 7 and since may 8 stated the battery was low.

Repackaged!

The products are great. They have a lot of potential with little cost. My problem, however, lies within Amazon. My box was obviously returned by a previous purchaser, as the plastic battery tabs were already removed in addition to the sticker paper. All three sensors were stuck together and the sensors won't hold on the wall.

Great value, easy diy security system

I researched for weeks for an American made affordable security system. Wyze won my decision with the the price. The keypad is not something I really cared for aesthetically but after unboxing it and mounting it, I am good with it. All the other devices look sleek, slim and connect perfectly with the hub. Very pleased so far.

Products are good when they work

Wyzes support team isnt very helpful. They’ll run you through the same steps you’ve already taken, have you submit a log and then cease contact. It’s like pulling nails to get anything done sometimes with their support team. My problem isn’t with their sensors I purchased lightbulbs for my entire house. One is now blue when white is selected and 4 cannot be connected no matter what I try.

Wyze keeps changing the rules. Are they going out of business?

Watch out! The are going to double their monitoring fee on this system next month. They seem to be dropping their support on their original camera. They also seem to be dropping some support on their storing videos, unless you sign up for some special deal. The motion sensors do not alert the monitoring service nor do they set off an audible alarm. If you invest in their stuff who knows what they will drop next. They apparently almost went out of business recently during the covid scare. Buyer beware. I did call their tech support and they were excellent.

You need the Home Hub not camera base station

Love the wyze products but this was a let down. So if you want to use these sensors you need the home Hub which you can not buy separately only in the $99 home security package. We already had the cameras, smart switched etc... so really don't need the other stuff in the $99 package even the cameras work automously without the Hub.

Ordered the sensors, but then found out a home monitoring subscription is required for them to work. The subscription is only valid in the US

These do no work in Canada.

In order to use these items you need to have the Wyze Sense Hub which is currently not for sale in Canada, so if you are ordering these please do only IF you have the Wyze Sense Hub.

Needs a Wyze Sense Hub v2

Big bulky sensors. Old contact sensors where much smaller (less conspicuous) Yet to try out as they need to work with Wyze Sense Hub v2, which are not sold with the contact sensors or sold separately. So you have to by a hub with some other paired devices (eg. leak detectors, or home monitoring system). You can buy a hub from Wyze online store, but they don't ship outside US or Canada. Also, it doesn't integrate with Alexa outside US or Canada. Poor form Wyze. About time you supported international customers

Buenos lo malo solo funcionan con el hub

No puedes configurar nada sin estar pagando el servicio del hub, fuera de eso muy buen pedazo de tecnología en sensor de puerta
