Spend more, get better quality.
Product rating: Two stars Customer Service: Five stars! Two stars for the product for the following reasons: 1. It contains chemicals known in the State of California to cause cancer. This warning is required by law in California, but not on the website, so I didn't realize it until after I bought it and the warning was included in the package. So- buyer be warned! 2. The adhesive isn't that great - if you're going to sweat, it's going to come off. I sprained my wrist, and got this as support so I could continue to workout. The support factor was great (again- yay kineisology tape!) UNTIL I started to sweat - and then it peeled off. Five star customer support: Somewhere along the line from shipping, someone stole my original package. I notified Amazon, and they were incredibly helpful - all the while treating me with courtesy and just being friendly.

The perfect alternative to the expensive brands- I use these sparingly for Zumba classes, or when I know it's going to be a high impact workout. Tape applies great and can last through a post workout shower. The color is adorable, but doesn't show through black workout pants. Only issue is that the tape will stick to itself and become ineffective after sticking together. Overall, perfect product for the casual user.

Too far gone
Wife has a tear in Plantar fascia. Hoped this would provide extra relief. She feels no difference with or without the tape while she is in boot. Her's is to far gone to benefit. Hard to judge other situations.

Not again
Poor quality compared to other brands. Thin texture fails to provide good support and does not stick well. Only stayed stuck to skin maybe one day. Other brands stick for several days. You end up having to reapply every day. Less expensive than some other brands, but you end up using much more.

This didn't work for my purposes. I have ligament issues in my foot and need the support - this tape is stretchy, so it didn't work for me.

It is what I was looking for but the glue doesn't hold for long. I thought maybe because I didn't properly clean the area, so the next time I taped up, I made a conscious effort to properly clean and dry the area, but it still didn't hold after a workout. I've used others that are sweat and water proof (i.e. for swimming), but this one didn't hold up for me.
