Beautiful value
Beautiful chairs. I read the reviews, even the bad ones, and decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did. They are beautiful. Solid hard wood, no veneers. The color is a dark and rich stain, not a painted on dark paint. Others have said “poor construction”, completely false. They are very well made. Others have said they are small. Well, these are not high backed dining chairs, but I wouldn’t think twice about using them around my formal dining table, they are that nice. One reviewer said they are only rated for 220 lbs, but one of my children is over 300lbs and she sat in the chair and it didn’t settle, creak, nothing. They are a beautiful value. Better made than chairs I have seen at three times the cost retail. I’m shocked that there are any bad reviews, to be honest. Best advice: read the specs and the dimensions before you buy, know what you are ordering. But as for quality, you won’t find better, not even factory assembled at your local furniture store.

FAST DELIVERY! WELL PKG'D, EASY to assemble!
Ordered one day, delivered the next, i was shocked! Well packaged, no damage, love the color, Easy to assemble, all hardware included. You will need a philips head screwdriver, allen wrenches are included. Very nice for the price. I also had a gift card saved from Christmas, so i saved even more. The company that sells these is in the USA, but the furniture has a 'made in Malaysia' sticker on it. I was hoping it was Made in USA. There is a wt. limit which i also didn't realize before purchase= 220lbs. I'm well under, but my guys will skirt the limit. One small complaint: Where the rungs meet the legs there are small gaps/ not flush to the chair in some places, approx. 1/8" too short. Not a deal breaker for me, but could be better.

They really sold something packaged this way?!
Upon opening the first box I found another box that was taped up and in rough shape. I’m assuming this was a returned item that they never bothered to look over but I’m not sure. I almost sent it back because of this but I really wanted the chairs and I didn’t want to wait longer. After cleaning small pieces of broken styrofoam off and finding all of the pieces in the mess I started on the assembly. A few pieces have small scratches but not anything worth the hassles of returning. Overall the assembly was pretty simple. I am happy with the chairs.

Unexpectedly High Quality for Price
Purchased to replace some aging chairs in the dining room. They came and were all true wood with proper hardware and mounting (not composite). Surprisingly good quality and sturdy. We originally bought 4 and then decided to get 2 more when we assembled the first bozes. I may get 4 more for another room. Wood color is slightly darker than appears but still a nice reddish hint in the color. If you have oak or mahogany it will fit well. The chairs are a bit heavy attesting to the wood quality and thickness.

Exactly what I was looking for!
These chairs are made very well. They are sturdy, not hard to assemble and the comfort level is okay.I’ll probably buy some decorative seat pillows because after all they are wood. Solid wood that is. In my opinion they are a bargain at $60 each. I purchased 8 . If I have anything to complain about one chair wobbles ,but a floor protector took care of that overall I’m pleased with this purchase. Excuse the chairs on the table getting ready to mop,but it also gives different angles.

You Get What You Pay For
The holes for the horizontal wooden pieces below the seats were drilled in different places on each chair making them look different. The pegs also were not the correct size to be able to insert fully into the holes. The chairs look OK and seem sturdy but there was obviously no quality control in the manufacturing process.

They are so short and no way close to having as much contouring on the seat as shown.
I ordered “sold and shipped by Amazon” but it was changed to a third party seller. The chairs I got are like kids chairs. They are so short. From what I see in reviews the third party sellers take a restocking fee and shipping out of a return and you get little refund. Tired of Amazon switching sellers. Now I’m stuck with short chairs so I’ll just donate. What a horrible experience. Plus they aren’t like the photo the are pretty much flat and are very uncomfortable. The description drawing shows a nice contour on the seat. Also it has a big gouge in the seat before it was stained. My daughter hung her backpack on the chair back and the chair just flipped over. Not fallen backwards but to the side.I have never seen a well made chair do that before. Terrible chairs steer away from them.

Solid construction.
We use these as our kitchen chairs. I like that the seat is solid. Because our eating nook is small the lower backs make the area seem less crowded. A good buy!
