Pieces don't fit well
Looks good but the holes for the screws don't always match up with where they should be. I read this on a different review before I ordered and I had hoped that maybe the poor manufacturing was inconsistent. But no, on one piece I had to choose wether I wanted the wooden dowels to fit their holes or the screws to fit theirs. Per someone else's Amazon review suggestion, I ended up creating screw holes where necessary. Someone said they had to drill the holes but the wood gives pretty easily and you can make holes just by pushing in real hard with the screw driver. WARNING: If you screw too tightly, the screw will come out on the other side. I just finished building a whole bunch of IKEA furniture in which this simply could not happen, but this nightstand is manufactured in Thailand and either the screws are just a bit too long or the wood is not thick enough for them, I ended up with a couple holes on the sides of the nightstand from screwing in too tightly, the screw just comes out the other side so be careful! The back piece doesn't fit correctly. You're supposed to screw in a thin wooden square shaped backing but it doesn't quiet fit the area so you end up with one corner of the wood not inserted in the space and again, if you screw too tightly, the wood starts to break (both on the stand and of the back piece). Finally, the front door is crooked. I thought that might be from the way I put it together, but I read that other people had this problem. I solved the problem by removing the magnetic snap that closes the door and pushing it further back into the unit. The door is still crooked but now you can't tell. All in all, the piece serves my purposes and the fact that it isn't perfect and is now full of tiny holes that aren't that noticeable doesn't bother me. I actually needed it to store something that required my leaving out the inside center shelf. I had difficulty finding any other nightstand online with a door that looked like drawers and a space inside big enough for my needs so I'm happy with it and am buying another one for the other side of the bed. Very nice!
My grandson needed something to put a lamp, phone, etc. next to his bed. This looks nice and even though it wasn’t expensive it it’s sturdy and well made. JDM

Parts do not fit together
I have put so many furniture together in the past, but I have to say this was one of the worst. It is simple structure, but parts are not fitting at all.

Perfect multi-function printer stand
We use this table as a printer stand for our Canon MF733Cdw. This is a 58 lb beast printer, and the 20"x20" top is a perfect size for it to sit in the office corner with a minimum footprint. The all-wood legs (1 3/4" square, minus some edge bevel details) and top (3/4") are very sturdy and exceeded our expectations. There were a couple disconcerting pops heard while tightening the bolts that hold the top to the legs, but we've heard similar sounds when assembling other furniture like this. There is almost no perceptible flex or wobble in the finished product. The instructions are minimal, but sufficient if you've ever assembled Danish furniture. Despite not being labeled, the various pieces are shaped or drilled uniquely enough to identify them and their intended orientation. All of the important holes were drilled accurately. We had no issues with the swinging door hinge or magnet hardware, and it only took a few minutes to tinker and have the door be square with acceptable edge gaps all around. We could have used wood glue with the shelf dowels, but it didn't seem necessary as the shelves aren't loose. The 8 pre-drilled holes for the fiberboard back panel were off a little, sending the tiny screws in at an angle, but we can't see the back anyway. Note that the 3 shelf bottoms appear to be veneered fiber or pressboard, quite thin, and aren't designed to hold much weight. The cubby is a good place to store manuals and printer paper.

Solid piece, QC might need some work.
At first glance I started to count and check parts and pieces based on a couple other reviews and all looked well. Upon trying to complete the very first step one hole was so misaligned I almost had to pack it back up to return. I managed to squeeze the bolt through with a lot of persuasion. One thing to note for those who do opt to buy this unit, pay close attention to the orientation of the pieces in the directions(where the magnet for the door goes, hinge holes, etc.) the directions does show it correctly. Outside the issues I listed above this piece does have a nice solid feel to it definitely better than a cheap unit you’d find at a box store.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY
Quality : 8/10, dark wood, still typical bored holes with splinters. Typical Ikea hardware . Hardware not labeled. Instructions ok, but not for novices.. Now here is the breaker. Once you assemble , you will find that the door doesn't seem to fit. That's because you have to shim it. Use a small putty knife. Then the door will fit, but it will rub against the middle shelf which will wear down in time. If you can work past that it's a 8/10 If you get pissed when the door doesn't fit and you want to return this, remember, I warned you. And if you still choose to purchase, just message me or something, I'll help you on shimming. Peace friends.

Good looking table
Good looking table. The directions SUCK! What a D.A. that wrote them. I took this thing apart 3 times because when you get to step 3, you have to finish a step they don't tell you about in step 2, just blatantly stupid. BUT if you can get past the little china mans bad directions the table itself looks freaking awesome and I think you'll actually like it if you don't smash it taking it apart to put it together properly 12 times. Nice table though. If your looking to play a joke on someone that your going to give a present to anyway, THIS will do the trick. And really, for $100 bucks, your not going to find a table anywhere that looks as nice as this. The rest I seen are double or quadruple the price. 4 stars for the D.A. that wrote directions or it would be 6 stars for quality and looks.

Easy Assembly
Bought 2 of these tables as night stands for my sons room. Super easy to assemble, very sturdy and looks good. Many people had problems aligning the door but I had no issues.
