Great rain boots - Exactly what I wanted

Our 9yo daughter wanted a pair of rain boots that were taller and didn't have the pull loops. These are perfect for her. She frequently mucks stalls and washes horses and these boots are going to be just right to keep her feet clean and dry and not tear up her leather riding boots. She loves the color and that they are shiny. I'm sure the shine will scuff off with use but for now it adds to the happiness factor. The bottoms look like shown in the other pictures and that is what I wanted to get her - grip in less than ideal conditions. There is a thin fabric lining inside the boot and the arch support leaves something to be desired. Overall, though, for the purpose and kid happiness, these are a winner. Daughter is in a 2.5 in street shoes but I got a 3 and they are perfect for getting a little bit of wear time out of them, which is exactly what I was expecting. Definitely recommend these. Will update the review should they deteriorate faster than expected.

Great brand- great fit!

Got these for really cheap, and I’m so glad! They fit great. I got a size 1 for my daughter- she’s usually a size 1.5 in shoes right now. Room to grow. Love the fit and height. Looks cute with leggings or skinny jeans. This is her 3rd pair of western Cheif boots- by far my fav brand. I’ve bought other brands of rain boots, but I’ve noticibed ONLY the western cheif boots actually last to be “handed down” to my other daughter, and even onto younger cousins!

Cute Boot, But Size Down When You Order

My 10 year old wears a size 4, however, the size 4 boot was HUGE on her even with thick socks. I then bought the size 3 and they fit her perfectly. I was going to return the 4 but USPS shipping was over $15 (almost half the value of the boots) so I decided to just keep them for next year.

WAY too big

i had to order these shoes 3 times to get the right size. usually i am a women's 5-6, and so i ordered a kids' 4, and both the 3 and 4 were WAY too big. now i have a kids' 2! i was able to ship one back with free returns from amazon--the second time i tried i was told i needed to cover the cost of shipping which i thought was ridiculous. i wouldn't have ordered another pair if i knew that this was their policy! also the heel on these boots weirdly does not line up with where your heel should be--it's about half an inch forward so you feel like you are off balance when you walk. i'm keeping them just cause it isn't worth the effort anymore to return them but watch out before you buy them!

Nice boots

These are my kids new muck type boots. He can ride in them because of the heel and he can jump in muddy puddles too. He likes that they have insoles in them.

8 year old daughter loves these boots! They do run big, so consider a size down or at least a half size. Solid and comfortable

These look pretty and are well made EXCEPT that the purple shows ...

All that glitters isn't gold.. These look pretty and are well made EXCEPT that the purple shows absolutely every mark, scrape and scuff! Not only that, but the scuff coloring is a plain rubber underneath-- off white? My daughter wore them once, and no exaggeration, they were destroyed in one day.. The scuffs of white rubber are highly noticeable and ruin an otherwise, well made boot! Waste of money! Very disappointed...
