Threads are not so good

Not super easy to install, but not super hard. Essentially, the main downside of this drain assembly is the stopper assembly wouldn't thread correctly into its own drain assembly. These parts all came together and the threads just wouldn't quite match up. Since the drain side is plastic, the threads were shredding. Ultimately, I got another stopper assembly with the same basic threads as a long shot, to prevent having to send this whole thing back and starting over. Somehow this other stopper assembly threaded right in, first attempt... Something there didn't match up from the factory. I spent probably an hour just trying to o figure out why the threads wouldn't line up. It is want until I took it apart that I found the threads just didn't like each other.

Worked well on old claw foot tub

This installed easily, had enough adjustment for an old clawfoot tub. Drain gasket sealed well. Only item I needed to supply was the seal and ring to tighten it to the old drain line.

Bathroom Renovation

This Product was used in a New Bathroom Renovation for the Shower! Changed all fixtures to polished brass! Looks and works beautifully!

Correctly described but not long enough

The item is exactly as described, but if you have a deeper tub, be sure to measure from the drain to the overflow. As I have a soaker tub, the overflow tube was not long enough (it is only good for 14") and I needed 15".

That it not 1"1/2.

I dont know how they measure piping but this is not 1"1/2 piping. Its like 1"1/8. Doesnt fit with standard piping.
