Has a nice yellow/gold color to the crystals

Way prettier in person. Has a nice yellow/gold color to the crystals. My only issue is that the leather on the straps that attach to the saddle are not of good quality. They are thin and kind of warped looking. Disappointing for a weaver product as I have always trusted their brand for quality.

Pretty but not practical.

Beautiful headstall however the crystals come off extremely easy. First show we lost several stones a even after we wrapped it in bubble wrap, placed it in a headstall bag and was extremely careful adjusting the straps.

I purchased this to replace another bridle that was just super stiff, even after oiling and use. I generally have really liked the Weaver products I've purchased because I have never had any problems with molding or stiffness. They just are well made. And the way this one sparkled and matched the rest of my studded gear made it one to consider, despite the price. I saw some other reviews stating that the crystals came off. I was going to replace the hardware on the bridle because of this, but at the price point it sells for, I didn't want to have to put another chunk of change into it to get all new hardware, especially when it was nice looking as it came. So I decided to take a chance and order and hope that if I went easy on it and used it only on special occasions, the crystals would be a non-issue. Nope. Literally came out of the box, wrapped in bubble wrap, direct from Weaver, missing a crystal. The amount of effort it would take to send it back and wait for another because of one missing bit of bling just wasn't worth it. So I did some comparison photos and discovered that the lighter yellow colored crystals are the flatback Swarvoski Light Colorado Topaz in sizes ss10-ss16 (there are a couple of different sizes). The darker color is the flatback Swarvoski Smoked Topaz in ss20. I picked up an assorted pack of the colors and some jewelry metal glue, and it was good as new for just pennies. Shame I had to fix it right out of the box, but I do really like this headstall overall. I am not sure how long it will last and if I have to do repairs often - which I have a feeling I might - that will become tedious. Your call on if the potential to buy parts for it and invest your time in to fixing it is worth the cost of looking fabulous.

Beautiful and supple.

This bridle is beautiful! I have added a bitless nose band to it and use it for everyday. The leather is very supple and the buckles and crystals are very high quality.
