Nylon part still rubs horse on one side

The cinch nylon part is very stiff and rough and somehow my hoses shoulder got rubbed and bloody and the hair was on one part of the nylon that stuck out slightly. Purchased the shoulder relief merino cinch from Total Saddle Fit. 1 day after the return window closed and not sure what to do.

Comfortable for the horse

Good product but received the wrong size

I am pretty sure I ordered a 30 inches, but I received a 32 inches which is to big for my horse... Good product for horses who tend to have wounds with neoprene cinches

Muy buena calidad y buen precio

Llego un día antes de lo esperado, la lana se siente de buena calidad y las hebillas se ven resistentes, a mi caballo le quedó muy bien y al parecer es bastante cómodo.
