Had to dig out low flow plug to get any flow. Head stays where you put it. Great design.

Out of box, not good for getting through hair to get scalp wet. Had to dig/rip out low flow gasket. Works great now! Love it only without gasket. With gasket I would have returned. Wonderful that you can move head to where you want it and it stays. Love this shower head. This is my 3rd one in 10 years. Recommend.

Use pipe tape to insure no leaking

I've had 2 of these in the past and purchased this one to replace the 3 year old one. It works even better than the other ones, more water pattern selections. I am really happy with this product.

Got this for my kids

To bring the shower closer to their little heads. It does the job without having to have extra kids specific equipment in there, since all I have to do is twist it up to have a guest shower. Good quality, easy to install, no leaks. I'm a happy customer

It’s got such a long “neck” we’re able to adjust it for a 6’3” & 5’4” & 36” family. It’s awesome for the little kids. When fully extended it’s right over their head. So much better that the hose style. Great value for the price.

Good, versatile shower head

I thought it would be good to try a gooseneck style showerhead when it came time to replace my old "fixed head plus handheld" style unit, because I like the freedom to position the head in many ways, but don't really like to use the handheld type. This Waterpik looked like what I was after. I got my Vine copy of the product and installed it in less than five minutes - including the time needed to remove the old one. The installation is very easy and requires no tools or thread tape! A huge plus. After using the showerhead for several weeks and really liking it, I decided to buy another exactly like it to upgrade our guest bathroom shower. The second one installed exactly as easily as the first - but has a defect (see photo) where the neck cover is separated from the collar. I took away a star for this - as I can see no way to mend that. Luckily it does not really affect the function of the shower - just its appearance. About a week after installing the guest showerhead - we had family visit and stay a week. The shower was used multiple times per day during that period, and everyone loved the showerhead. At the price, I think this is a great value in a showerhead with multiple settings including a nice feeling massage, very good water flow, and can be aimed and positioned just about anywhere. After all - I liked it enough to buy a second one!

Adjustable neck - great to customize your standard shower fixture.

When you're over 6 feet tall, the standard shower in most 'older homes' has a shower head that is too low. Most tall people have to crouch down to wash and rinse their hair on standard shower fixtures. This product is an easy solution to make your shower head be higher up and therefore fully wash your shampooed hair without crouching. The adjustable water spray settings are available on this product, but I never use them. I keep it on the regular or nomal spray. This is my second purchase of the product, I probably used the first one for a good 15 years. Because people can adjust the neck, it can wear down over the years, thus needing replacement...but it's still worth it to me. I'm writing the review much later than I bought my second one, but thought it was still worth sharing. If you're tall, you will like this.

Hose needs to be more rigid.

There is one thing that needs to be upgraded. The long hose needs to be more rigid, when in use, the head droops down and does not hole its position. Everything else works excellent. I had a previous version that held its position, but not this model.
