Medium short, 5'6", 42 chest. 160-165 lbs.
Close fit, with my body type, it's hard to hit it exactly. Sleeves are a bit long, pant leg like 2 inches too long, body a bit tight (I think medium short is considered 39 - 40 not 42). otherwise, well built, a little duct tape will take care of the pant legs, I can ignore the sleeve thing. I agree with other reviews in that the shoulders could be wider just to assist getting into and out of them, otherwise fine.

Needed a XLT
I wear a size 52 coat with 37" sleeves, an 18.5" neck and a 42" waist . The top section fit fine but he crouch was just barely long enough but the legs had to be shorted 3".

Flammable, tight shoulders restrict vertical movement
I ordered XL it's tight in the shoulders and can't really reach above your head to easily, but I expected that because my insulated set are the same way, what I didn't expect was how flammable this was, caught a few sparks of the grinder while I was knelt down and my first thoughts were "damn it's hot in here". The crotch region was ablaze, it's got a 6" hole just below and to the right side of the zipper and is tearing out from the hole. The same day I leaned up against where my father had finished a weld minutes before and caught the arm on fire. It's a good set but keep away from fire or hot surfaces.

Mostly Okay Except Sticker Glue
The material is heavy duty and seems like it will last. It shrunk a little on first wash but still fits. (I am 5’ 7” 185 lbs and got the Large/Short.) The legs are huge, maybe to permit pulling them on over shoes or boots, but my legs aren’t small and I think both could fit in one side. Think clown pants. My biggest complaint is the size sticker and the glue used. What were they thinking? I have not seen other reviews complain of this but the size sticker right front and center shredded on removal leaving strips of it and glue residue behind (see photo). Looked like it was glued on with plastic model glue. I scraped what I could off, washed it which did nothing, then scraped some more. Mostly gone but still some lingering glue I think is permanent at this point.

Improperly Designed
I ordered a "Tall" version of the coveralls. I'm 6'3" and figured tall would be appropriate. Well, whoever designed these apparently has no concept of tall. I have to almost fold over sideways to be able to get my arms in because the torso is comically too short. The waist band sits above my belly button and I have no idea how I'm not being split in half down below. There are slits in the side behind the coverall pockets to be able to reach inside and access your pants pockets. Not very practical as the point is to keep your under clothes clean, or, more to the point, not wear street clothes underneath at all. Even less practical is that the slits are not even functional. I can force my hands in, and struggle to get them back out. There will be absolutely no way for me to actually retrieve anything from my pockets because I have to keep my hands straight to get them in or out. For being erroneously short, it still seems like I am wearing parachute clothing from the 90's except due to the shortness, I've lost upward mobility of my arms. I honestly cannot recommend these coveralls.

Size and Fit - lets start here. I'm 6', a 280 mostly carried in my stomach above the belt line.....
Size and Fit - lets start here. I'm 6', a 280 mostly carried in my stomach above the belt line and but. I normally ware a 2x shirt and 46x30 paints. Because my "gut" will take up space I ordered the 3X-Tall and the fit was spot on for me. Now understand that the pant legs were long and the sleeves fit like a dress shirt (almost to the knuckle) but that's ok, they can be rolled up or hemmed - for me its important that there is plenty of room from the crotch to the shoulders and around the belly area, so comfort and ease of movement is fine. Could I have gotten away with a 3X regular, possibly. Seams appear to be triple stitched and the material was definitely softer than the 1st set of Dicky's I ordered (they were 2X-tall and too tight around the mid-section). Two metal zippers (top and bottom), large pockets front and rear, hammer loop on left, smaller narrow deep pocket on the right, openings to get to your paints pockets next to the front pockets. No leg zippers - they do seem to narrow-down at the pants-leg bottom - I doubt I could easily push my 10.5 boot through. These will be used for crawling under vehicles and general mechanical work. Seen like they will fit the bill!

Good overalls, not great.
These overalls are good, not great but better than most. They come a little stiff but break in after the first wash. I'm 5'7" and 150lbs. and overall they fit a tad baggier than I like. The legs are huge and I can slip my steel toe boots through the legs without taking them off. Thumbs up for that but frankly I don't have a pot belly and don't need the extra waist room. They also button up closer to the neck than the Dickie's brand which is good for keeping clean in my dirty metal shop. There is a hammer loop and more convenient pockets than the Dickie's brand too. Overall they're a bit more expensive than the Dickie's and time will tell if they hold up better. No regrets, they're just not perfect. Minus one star for the saggy feel.

Good length
It’s hard to find coveralls that aren’t swimming in legs so these are nice although I’m not sure how durable they are, will see at calving time.

Good coveralls
Really happy with these coveralls and how they fit. Can be difficult for someone "not so tall" to find a pair the fit right.
