Returned shoes and received 1/2 the price of the product as a refund, Wow.

Hi, the shoes were cute but too big so I chose to return them. Seller was super responsive in providing return shipping help, however the return shipping fee is literally half the price of the shoes. I would have been better served giving them to friend. Cute shoes and helpful service but need way more upfront transparency in terms of the limited refund afforded. Thanks.

Great summer slip on sneakers

I always buy a few pairs of Vince slip-ons every year or two. I usually purchase the leather versions, but thought I would try these. These are a nice black canvas. They take a minute to stretch out and you have to wiggle to get them on initially, but they fit great overall. I wear a 9.5/10 depending on the brand, but always get a 10 with Vince.

Super good looking shoes but the quality is poor

1. the shoe itself is beautiful and is super comfortable and this is coming from a person with pretty bad plantars. The Big BUT i have worn these shoes twice and the glue on the soul has given way . I feel bad returning but the quality of product is questionable .

So comfy

I have had issues with Vince closed shoes before, the toe box feels tight most of the time and the back scrapes my heels, but these were perfect.

Comfortable and chic

I love these shoes. When at first I tried them on, they felt a bit tight but one day of wearing them was enough for them to adjust. I have a problem with my knee so I’m always looking for the right shoes. These sneakers are chic and yet are very comfortable. They have arch support and memory foam which is perfect for me. Every time I wear them, I receive a lot of complements. They look very well with jeans. That’s one thing I don’t mind spending my money on, the right shoes.

nice....not worth the $

Sadly i would return this item as they are nice but just not what i was expecting. sadly missed the return window by 1 day, i got so thrown off with everything with whats happening in the world.

Sizing is wrong for uk and europe.... very sad

I was super lucky and got an amazing price at 60% off, the quality of the shoe is good for the price i paid but for uk and European buyers please note that their conversion from US size is not correct on amazon... a size uk4 is normally a size 37 in Europe and i got a 36 so def size up or contact the seller before buying to check. i wanted to be able to wear it with mid season socks which is completely impossible now as it came a size too small + the shoe is super narrow. It is a basic for a shoe collection and fab for petite like me to give you that extra inch unfortunately its from the US which makes it harder to return. Sad

Like a slipper but if you have high arches, they can start to put pressure on the top of your feet.

Sneaker comfort with dress shoe appeal

Shoes fit true to size. Product as described and looks like photo. So no surprises. Quality is very good as leather is high quality. Fashionably in good taste, especially for someone who can’t wear heels or dress shoes but these sneakers are discreetly casual. It also came with a cotton shoe bag for travel. I recommend these from this seller.
