Seems to hold great at first, updates to follow regarding adhesive Quality and hook and loop action.

Working pretty good so far. Let's see how it handles the Arizona summer and an amplified subwoofer under the seat inches from the pavement. This heavy duty stuff is holding my amplified subwoofer to an all weather floor mat under my seat. My car does have a heat shield separating the road from my undercarriage. This subwoofer would occasionally overheat in my old car that did not have a heat shield. If this Velcro adhesive holds up, I will give it five stars all around! There was no Velcro adhesive that would survive my old car in the Arizona Sun. I'm going to wait a couple more months before the ultimate test results will be in. I will say in the interim, that peeling the backing tape from the adhesive on the Velcro makes it seem seem pretty strong! That's the con. It's hard to peel off the backing tape. I'm hoping the heat will soften the tape and make it fit better to the ripples on the all weather floor mats.

Works good

Used this to secure carpet bed liner down. Applied to foam liner on under side of carpet and to my drop in bed liner. Secured it good. Doesn’t move at all. Would definitely buy again.

Disappointing Outdoors!

Full disclosure: I knew this might not work. I used it to hang trellis against a vinyl siding wall, backing it with two strips 12 inches each in length. At first, it held nicely and seemed to stay on firmly. 24 hours later, it rained and with the rain, the dampness seems to have permeated the adhesive. Now the whole thing will not stick at all. I will have to screw it or hang it with hooks and make holes in the siding anyway! Not pleased (especially considering the picture showed a potted plant hanging on a wall!) This was not cheap and even when used with something lighter in weight, I submit that it wasn't so much the weight it was holding as the dampness that got under the adhesive. How can you avoid that outside? Epic fail!

Perhaps the best product of this type available in the market

I continue using this product for many applications in and around the house. It is a very good "all purpose" velcro that firmly holds! But...NO, it is not perfect: - Sometimes the "velcro" stickin side of the ribbons stick better to one another than the glue (on the other side of the Velcro brand ribbon) to the surfaces to which you mount the ribbons. Result: When you try to rip the two sides apart to open, the glue side is coming loose from the item to which it is mounted. But, I do not know of any better "velcro" than offered by the VELCRO brand! It is NOT CHEAP... If you are looking to mount stuff permanently, you may wish to consider two-sided glue-tape such as offered by several major brands - some have "industrial" adhesion quality. But in many situations.......if you need a velcro-type mounting ], then yes..... this is the best alternative. And Velcro brand offers a great variety of items for a variety of applications. So, select the one that is best for your purpose and make sure that it is the best for your application: - With the "proper" sticky Velcro side you need (very firmly closing and able to withstand a lot of tearing pressure OR a looser closure such as for some clothing). _ With glue made for the surface you need to mount too! - With the right thickness... Thickness of the two sides together can be quite significant!

The media could not be loaded. Sinceramente tiré mi dinero a la basura el pegamento qué tiene es basura, el velcro hace su función lo que si es que le ponen qué es extremo casi industrial y se saga con la mayor facilidad inclusive solo se cae

Got the job done when everything else failed!

I used it not exactly for its given purpose. I was looking for any adhesive based product to mount a power brick to the bottom of my table. Gorilla tape, scotch double sided tape and some other off brands all failed. This is the only one that worked, and worked first try!

The real thing

Get this when all other imitations have failed due to either the glue not being strong enough, or the actual Velcro being inferior quality. It's more expensive but the rolls are large and it just works.
