Does the Job

This feels good. It definitely has smoothing compression, but it does not hurt-it’s just right. I based the sizing on the largest part of my body and went up 1 size and it fit perfectly. (5’4” S/M in tops, M/L in bottoms- I purchased a large.) I gave it 4/5 because I will still need to wear a bra-which is not great in the summer (that’s a lot of layers).

Straps slip off shoulders

I bought this as a slip under some of my dresses. It works really well to reduce clinginess, and feels comfortable. My only downside with this is that the straps slip off my shoulders very easily. Given, my shoulders are on the narrower end. I've taken to taping its straps to my bra straps, but sometimes that's too much work.

The best slip super impressed

I am sooo impressed and happy. I really needed this to be what I expected and I'm so happy. I bought a long dress same material and it is really tight to the knees but a tiny see through and then goes loose after the knees so I needed a slip to fit perfect with the dress and not have marks of any kind. This slip is perfect seamless and great material. I love itttttttttt.

Itchy Seams

I ordered the scoop neck version. The side seams and strap seams are pretty rough/irritating on my skin. I’m not sure if I’ll make it all the way through the day w/out changing. I ordered up a size for that all-day comfort, which in terms of compression, was a good choice for me. It is pretty tts. The bottom has a raw hem, as described, and I suspect it will start rolling up with age, but currently in a loose fitting dress, it rises a bit but does not roll.

Smooth & comfortable, great slip dress (or sleepwear)

Really nice material: spandex and nylon blend that is smooth and comfortable, stretchy and form-fitting but not too tight, and also moisture-wicking and cooling. They’re form-fitting enough to trap some heat, but they’re loose enough to let in cool air when you move around. I like how smooth they are, it feels like I’m not wearing anything. I wear these to bed most nights because they are just so comfortable. The white slip is the most sheer, black is somewhat sheer and nude is almost opaque. The white slip you can see the color of my nipples and my tattoos, with the black one you can kind of make out some dark lines on my tattoos and on the nude one you cannot see my tattoos. I don’t layer these very often, but they work well under dresses too. Overall I really like these, for the price I haven’t found any other slip dresses that are more comfortable.

Runs very small

I am 5’8” and 160 lbs. I usually wear a medium. The size guide indicated it would fit close to size. I spent all day pulling the skirt down. It slides up, almost to my waist. It is very comfortable when on. I wish I had ordered a large but I’m not sure it would fit any better. The design seems like the bottom won’t stay put.

Fits on the small size and the Spandex makes it snug as opposed to flowing

I sized up based on others' comments. It is still quite form fitting. I originally started looking for a slip like I remember from my younger days. Those don't seem to be made anymore. I do like that the straps are adjustable. I would have liked it a little longer as it ends about 2 inches above the knee and I'm short. I have high hopes that it will work out well as it wasn't inexpensive and Vanity Fair has been around for a long time.

Just what I was looking for

I am 5’4’’, 185lbs and the XL is a perfect fit. I was looking for a slip dress to wear under my shirt dresses. The fabrics is soft and does not stick to the actual dress, but is not as shiny as satin, which I love. The fabric is stretchy so it’s hugs my body like I wanted

Great slip to put under clear dresses, but the sizing is way off. Buy two sizes up MINIMUM.

This is hard to find in stores, my wife needed a slip to go under clear dresses. The sizing is WAY off. Buy MINIMUM two sizes up, maybe even THREE. This slip is "Asian sizes", not North American sizes. Trust me, do NOT buy "the right size".

Perfect little slip

This nice little slip takes care of the cling problem but still keeps a smooth line. Do pay attention to the size chart though; I ordered a large as it suggested even though I’d usually take a small or medium, and it is just right.
