Best hydrating lotion & great for sensitive skin

My skin never felt hydrated with my typical lotions in the desert. I happened to read great reviews & decided to go with this one. I’m glad I did. This lotion quenches your skins thirst. However the best part was when I gave it to my sister to try she loved it. Her skin is very delicate and reacts very easily. Her skin is raw almost 30% of body from a skin disorder. She had no issues or concerns, no more scratching, and this lotion has done wonders for her. She ordered 2 tubs recently. She says this has been the most relief she’s gotten in years. She highly recommends to those with delicate skin to give it a try. My son works for Mayo and he also says this is one of their frequently recommended and used lotions. Mayo also uses it on babies, even as a barrier between baby diaper and skin.

The only cream that doesn't break me out.

I've purchased this cream about 5 times now and each lasts me about four months. This is by far the only cream that ticks all the boxes off for me. I needed something that was: 1. Moisturizing (Like THICK) 2. Non-Comedogenic 3. Hypoallergenic I have acne and can't use other creams that contain Shea Butter because that breaks me out. But, if you want a thick cream they ALWAYS use shea butter. This is the only cream that doesn't use that ingredient and it's honestly better than any other cream that I use. I love that this has a pump dispenser because it helps from bacteria getting inside of the cream thus leading to more acne. Overall, I love it, never plan to stop using it, and really recommend it if you have dry skin and are acne prone!

I only is this brand

I have extremely dry skin and I am very allergic to so many products and I am diabetic and this is the only thing that I use . It is a little greasy for about 5 minutes and it seeps into your skin and it feels amazing and I highly recommend VaniCream products and I will never use anything else ! When you have cracked skin it takes care of it

If you have rosacea - this is a game changer!

I cannot speak more highly of this product…it’s truly been life changing for me as someone who has moderate/severe rosacea and problems with constant redness and breakouts. After 30 days my breakouts are nearly non existent and I can honestly say I feel confident without makeup on 90% of the time. I never knew this was possible. I am a HUGE fan of this product and the entire line of skincare and highly recommend. So thankful to have found this!

great price. does the job. worth trying out!

i use this product at night almost every day (sometimes i forget). when my skin is really dry it helps moisturize it. the only thing is that it feels very tacky and sticky? the next morning after putting this on my skin feels amazing but by the afternoon it’s needing more. that’s nothing against the moisturizer i just need to use it more than 1 time a day. would i buy this again? yes, but i will definitely be trying out other moisturizers before purchasing again. love the size and price though! it’s definitely the best moisturizer i’ve tried so far.

If you've left a 5 star rating on a product on here before, you've probably left more than me. Rate everything as 5, and 5 becomes the new average. 5 star ratings should be given to products that deserve them. Vanicream? This product is glycerin in a jar. It's thick, you can't apply it before putting on clothes because it sticks, and the bottle design is ugly and will attack the beauty of your countertop. And yet...it's simply the best for those with ultra-sensitive skin. It seems no product will irritate sensitive skin less than this one. Again, partly because its ingredients list is so compromised and lacking high-grade ingredients that can benefit your skin. But it does what it needs to do. It knows what it is and it fulfills its purpose well. It does not overmarket, and it does not underdeliver. This is a mark of a standout product. This is an, indisputably, an excellent lotion for the niche group of people (those with ultra-sensitive skin) that require it, and it offers an adequate price per ounce at its lowest official retail price. Congratulations, Pharmaceutical Specialties Inc. Now please update your product's hideous 1980's-style design so it reflects the quality of what's inside. How about some curves? 5 out of 5.

WORKS TO RELIEVE ITCH FROM ECZEMA

Vanicream products were recommend by my dermatologist for eczema. It's scentless and this product is thicker than the lotion. When I started using it it started to "heal" the eczema making it less red and made it stop itching. I use this along with the Vanicream Moisture Ointment; they work great together!.

Impressive lotion

This product is awesome! I use it on my cracked feet and it has made them smooth. Vanicream makes other products as well that are for sensitive skin. Free of dyes, and other harsh chemicals. The lotion absobs very quickly.

6 * THE BEST - so cheap just try it out.

As a Sjogrens patient (autoimmune disease affecting general moisture ) my sensitive skin is extremely dry and itchy. I have spent a fortune on moisturisers, but can 100% say that the last 6 months using this 2/3 times a day has made the most profound difference. It sinks in, is not shiny and is invisible within moments. My complexion feels soothed, plumped up and there is a cooling feeling. My dermatologist recommended I try this and perhaps CeraVie.....but my search stopped here so I cannot compare. I use this on my face, around my eyes and down to my chest and have never had a clogged pore or spot. I do get rosacea and it is not aggravated by this. I feel so strongly that this 'works' that i've told my friends ....it's not glamorous, at this price it is hardly treating yourself, the packaging does not excite, but, for me, it does the job PERFECTLY..

Did not sting

I have severe rosacea breakout and my skin is hypersensitive. Every moisturiser and sun block that claimed to be good/okay for rosacea made my face sting or caused a set back/flare up. This worked for me. I was prepared to buy one more product with this one, telling myself that it could be used as a body moisturiser if it was not suitable for my face. But it works. It does not cure or alleviate my condition but does no harm. I use the prescription creams from my GP and dermatologist. This gives me a bit more moisturising over the top once the specialist cream has dried. You must wait until previously applied cream has dried.

Good product but no good for me still allergic.

Good product as described but unsuitable for me. Has no added fragrance but smell is not unpleasant. Similar to e45. I was so convinced it would be fine for my allergies I liberally applied it to my face and immediately it started stinging and reddening and tightening my skin. I spent half an hour washing my face with a product that is safe for me and took an antihistamine pill and eventually my skin calmed down but 24 hrs later my skin is still very sensitized and sore and puffy so obviously I won't use vanicream again. Annoyed as I bought the big tub. I do believe my experience is unusual as I have read hundreds of positive reviews on this product by other people but I wanted to raise awareness that this is a product that very allergy prone people can still have a severe skin reaction to. Don't blindly believe because of the hype it will be ok. If not used before patch test first. I didn't and REGRET it. Going back to e45 not perfect for me because of the lanolin but at least I can tolerate e45 cream.

Great but the SMELL!! :(

I knocked off one star because of the smell! How is no one else talking about it please ???? I only use fragrance free products and I’ve never come across any of them smelling BAD. This is the only downside for me. It’s a big tub and still affordable despite it being more pricey here in the UK due to shipping costs. It’s a great moisturiser. I’m not going to repurchase however, just going to stick to my CeraVe moisturising cream and La Roche Posay AP Lipkar Balm because the smell of this is actually terrible :(

different smell and different packaging

It's the 4th time I've bought from this seller. I have rosacea and this cream is great for my face, but the last purchase I made of the cream bottle was the blue lid. I thought it was just the color because I read and everything was the same, but when I started using the smell was very bad, you can't stand it, and this caused an allergy to my skin, after more than 2 years of using this and they changed the product.I try to contact the seller to find out what is the difference between the 2 bottles of cream.
