Works like a charm
Ideally You need to also purchase a gate Valtera valve to place on exit side so that you can flush & fill tanks with volume. This is a handy little item to be sure tanks are clean, but again, if you don't fill the tanks this will only clean the exit pipe. Hot set up is this unit, a valtera gate valve on the exit and a H2O flow meter to measure volume of fresh water going in and being held for the "wash" out. This in our opinion is a need to keep tanks fresh!

Best thing we have purchased for our travel trailer yet!!! It really works well for back flushing when you’re draining the ‘pooper’ and after flushing well about 3 times, the water came out nice and clear! Highly recommend!!

The original "Flush King" had a feature I loved that this lacks: the ability to shut off the sewer hose so you could back-fill the black water tank. This was helpful. That being said, I was able to clean out the major 'gunk' on the sensors in my black water tank so it now reads accurately when it's empty (previous owner hadn't used anything like this, it was showing 2/3 full even when empty). So perhaps my wish mentioned above isn't really necessary. It would just be nice for peace of mind, I guess. Overall, I'm happy with this, as it did exactly what I needed it to do.

Handy for RV
Plastic could be heavier gauge but this is a handy addition for RV wet bay. The flush fitting can be removed and a jetter sent into your grey & black tanks for deep cleaning.

We do NOT have a straight line from the valve to our tank, but it worked great when we added the Valterra T58 Twist-On Valve
We do NOT have a straight line from the valve to our tank, but it worked great when we added the "Valterra T58 Twist-On Waste Valve" to the end between the valve and the waste hose. It was the first time we've ever been able to flush out our black tank since we bought the trailer new 8 years ago and we go so much gunk out of there! Our trailer was very smelly before we flushed the tank as part of our de-winterizing procedures, but by the time we got it back to the acreage, smelled like it should! We spent 1h at the dump station filling and emptying the black tank. I'm sure we could have spent more time and got more out, but it seemed like we did a pretty thorough job. It will now be part of our winterizing and dewinterizing procedures!`

Excellent product
Works as advertised. I read reviews on several other similar products that talked about leaking seals and breakage so opted for the Valterra. It is holding up well.

Puper Product!
Works great. The clear housing means you can see it in action and all the offending brown stuff coming out. Just a couple of cons for me: 1. The spigot attachment twist/lock fit is a little looser than I'd like on our sewer outlet, but it doesn't leak! 2. The blue valve is round with small arrows indicating if it is in line (on) with the flow or closed (off). So it's not easy to tell at a glance if it's open or closed, especially In the dark under the trailer. A small lever would be better. OK, so it's lost a star, but overall a much better way to deal with a blocked poop-chute than in the good old days!
