Game changer
These helped SO MUCH with my recovery. They look really small but trust me they work!

Good support, fit could be better
One thing that's worth noting is the product says you're not supposed to use it until your incision is healed with no scabs. So that's at least a week or two post-partum before you should use it. I did try putting a liner in front of the silicone strip to wear it earlier (as it suggests), but found it a bit itchy. Plus your incision is supposed to breathe, so I ended up using a binder and loose-fitting panties instead in those first two weeks. Once I start using it, I also don't wear it constantly. Again, product suggests wearing for 8-23 (or maybe 12-23) hours, and I find wearing it multiple days in a row results in some slight irritation on my incision area. The good: It provides good support. Quality seems good. The bad: Fit is a little weird for me. The silicone strip is just a tad low compared to where my incision is, so I had to pull the front way up to prevent the stitching at the edges of the silicone from irritating the incision. As a result, the silicone strip ends up being a smidge too narrow, and the crotch sits funny -- tight in front, baggy in the back. Ultimately, I'm glad I have it for the days I feel my abdomen need additional support. But given the price, I don't know if I would've bought it again had I known what I know now.

A pass for me
Tried on the day after surgery hoping they would provide the compression to minimize the pains of getting out of bed but unfortunately felt as if they were doing more harm than good. I was probably around 155lbs after delivery and had ordered the S/M. As other reviewers mentioned-(1)The leg holes were far too small/tight and (2)It rolls down ever so slightly at the top which is annoying to have to adjust. I tried wearing again a handful of days later for subsequent days but they just weren’t doing it for me so they are getting packed away. I switched to this company’s other product I had already - the UpSpring Shrinkx Belly Band and it helped give the compression I needed to keep me feeling secure and less like my insides might fall out.

Not impressed
Only one of them had the silicone strip and it fell off after two gentle cycles.

I WEAR THESE DAILY and will continue to do so for awhile!
I had my baby via emergency c-section 1 month ago and have worn these daily since coming home from the hospital. I was unsure what size to order as I still had a lot of swelling. Pre-pregnancy I wore a size 10-12 jean and weighed around 175. So I ordered a size 1X-2X. They fit perfect for 1-2 weeks and now are not as snug. They still provide me with support and help with comfort because (lets be real) my tummy looks like a stretched out pancake. Hey! I just had major surgery, don't judge lol. Now weighing around 160 with a flabby new mom tummy I still want to wear these and will be ordering more. They do help hide the muffin top. I will now get the L-XL size as my hips are about 40'' and I can fit back into my size 10 jeans again! Hooray :) My scar has healed nicely as far as I can tell. It does itch sometimes but nothing excessive, the silicone patch might have helped with this!? I don't feel like I overheat or sweat in these. The material is fairly breathable. I also still wear maternity pants and layer with tank tops so if anything I should be roasting under all these layers. One more thing, kind of TMI. Heavy flow pads fit fine in these and stay in place. This is also something you will be wearing for a good month...or more. Stock up :)

A must have for women with c-sections!
I had an unexpected c-section and was not prepared for the recovery that followed. I had so much pain/soreness from the incision and uterine cramping. All I got from the hospital was a pair of loose mesh undies that did not offer any support whatsoever. I had to hold onto my belly with my hands every time I got up for support. My sister-in-law had 4 c-sections and when she recommended the c-panty to me, I immediately purchased a two-pack. As soon as I put them on, I noticed immediate hugging in of my abdomen and support that desperately needed. I also used an abdominal binder which helped even more but I only needed it for the first week. Now I'm about 2 weeks post c-section and I have only been wearing my c-panties and love them. There is also a nice padding along the lower pelvic region that sits just over the incision to help protect that sensitive areas. Although the c-panty is on the expensive end, it's totally worth it for the quality and comfort. If you had a c-section, you will be so thankful you got the c-panty!

Get these ;)
I wish I had known about these with my son after having a C-section. I used these with my daughter and I felt pretty good only a couole months after birth, I still do! I don't use them any more...but they were AWESOME! So if you're having a C-section (planned or unplanned) get these! I found these before My daughter was born because I knew I would need more support the second time around. Then in the hospital after surgery they gave me an optional list of things to get and believe it or not these were on there lol So needless to say my doc was stoked that I already had them. The only thing is...I would wait until staples (or stitches) are out which usually happens within 7ish days. If you do use them before staples are out I would put a maxi pad as a buffer; because the silicon (for me) made the staples stick to it a bit which sucked :/ Get these ;)

Wish I had them sooner.
Provided the support and comfort I was looking for post c-section. Provides that extra support that allowed me to comfortably take walks with my little one, support for the multiple trips up and down my stairs and it also slims down the post partum belly. I'm 8 weeks out now and wish I would have found these sooner, started wearing them around 5 weeks post c-section. I still have some abdominal swelling around the incision and expect I will be wearing these for at least a few more weeks. I so f know if the silicone is helping with the scarring at this point, but it is comfortable and doesn't stick to the incision site as I thought it maybe would have. These provide just enough support to feel like they are "working" but not too much that you can't wear them, I wear mine around 18 hours per day.
