Worth every penny
I love these pens. I love them so much that I hide them from others. I will track down anyone that borrows my pen and “forgets” to return it.

Best pens money can buy
The Uni-ball Jetstream pen is a great writing instrument that offers a smooth and consistent writing experience. The pen's hybrid ink technology combines the quick-drying properties of a ballpoint pen with the smoothness of a rollerball, resulting in a pen that writes with ease and leaves a clean, sharp line. The ink is water-resistant and smudge-proof, making it ideal for everyday use, including journaling, note-taking, and even drawing.

Thanos' favourite pen because it's Perfectly Balanced as all things should be.
It took a lifetime to discover this pen, and this will be my pen for the rest of my lifetime. It's hard to explain why a certain pen is the one for you, but to cite the late Supreme Court of the United States Justice Potter Stewart in Jacobellis v. Ohio, "I know it when I see it." This Pen is perfect for those who write extensively throughout their day to day life such as spending hours in a given day writing notes for lectures in School. What makes this pen great is that it glides across the paper giving the perfect amount of resistance without being too "glidy" but also not requiring too much resistance either. It's the perfect amount almost writing for you but also doesn't have the pen fly away from you as you write. It's that perfect equilibrium. You want some resistance but at the same time too much resistance can be a killer when you are in your 2nd hour of a 3 hour lecture where you're writing 3-4 pages of notes in a single sitting. The grip is perfectly soft yet firm and the weight is neither too heavy or light (the heavier the pen, the more it hurts to write as you go along, but you also need some weight) The only minor gripes that could be raised are that the pen will seemingly run dry even though there's still seemingly plenty of ink left to work with. The structural integrity of the pen can also be a pain. About 1 in every 10 pens, the shaft of the pen will break above where you hold your hand to write, so it becomes harder to write legibly and well until you take the ink cartridge out to one of the other empty pen capsules. But those gripes are far insignificant to the absolute power House of a pen that is the Uni-ball Jetstream.

GREAT PENS
I've been using these pens for years - at home & in the office where I work. The thickness makes it easier to hold (I have average/large -size 8 I think- ladies hands) and can do more writing without my hand wanting to fall off. I purchased this last box of 12 bold point, black ink pens at a substantial discount from Amazon Services LLC (warehouse I think). The box was damaged as expected but it was placed in a zip lock bag for shipping. All 12 pens worked.

These are my favorite pens! They are hard to find and a tad bit pricey but make writing seamless and effortless

Black cones, but you can swap them out with your old silver one.
I just ordered these. These pens have a matte black end cap. Obviously these end caps aren't as remarkable as the silver cones, I also saw that they are prone to over screwing and slipping. Thankfully, they are interchangeable with the older silver cones so you can re-use your old silver cone. I been buying these pens in 3 packs over at my local office supply store, then one day I noticed that they sold refills for these pens. Since the pens themselves are generally well made, this was a great option since the pens hold up very well. After about a year of refilling my last 2 pens, the rubber on the end of the pen started to loosen and swell. I could no longer put the cap on the opposite end of the pen, so I ordered this 12 pack. As I stated before, these pens don't have the silver ends so that I really my only gripe with them. Having a supply of them will mean that I don't have to replace them for some time. These pens write beautifully, feel great in the hand, have a decent grip, and generally are built to last. As far as refills, search Amazon for SAN74396PP. If you buy SAN35972 by mistake, just swap the rubber stopper at the end of the refill. A bonus with the silver caps was that people thought that the pens were "twist to extend tip" type pens. This could be why they changed the color, but I always had a bit of a chuckle when people borrowed my pen and couldn't figure out the "trick".

My favourite pens. Long time repeat customer!
So I've been using these pens for close to four years now. I first got them not long after I opened my own law firm. I think they were on sale at Staples so I picked up a 3 pack of the blue 1.0 pull off cap jetstream pens. I loved it. It writes so smoothly. Originally I only meant to use it for signatures since there's something in the ink that makes it easy to identify that this is a uniball jetstream pen, and I figured if I always use one type of pen for my signatures then it would go to credibility if someone forged my signature with the wrong kind of pen (you know, lawyer paranoia stuff). I loved it so much it became my standard office pen. I got the 0.7 capped ones for my assistant, since she likes a thinner line, and I also picked up the jetstream click pens in blue, black and red (all 1.0, I believe). I love them all. Personally, I don't use the black ones much (blue ink makes it easy to tell at a glance which is the original and which is the photocopy). The red writes well and the colour pops. I like the boldness of the 1.0 sized lines and find it gives a certain weightt o it. I prefer the capped pens to the click top ones. The click tops have a fatter handling area than the capped pens do. This is in part because the capped pens taper nearer the tip in order to accommodate the cap. The clicky pens don't have that issue, so they remain large. It's not a huge difference, but these pens are already a good bit wider than the standard pens you tend to deal with day to day (like those crappy BIC ones). I just find it more comfortable with the capped pens. Unfortunately, my clients don't seem able to figure out that a pen can still have a cap on it, and so I usually see them twisting the caps or trying to click a clicky top that isn't there, because that's just what they're used to. Admittedly, it's an older school type of thing, but I like that about it. The only down side with this product is how friggen expensive it is! Even more so due to the tariffs that were put in place. It irks me because of how much I love these pens. But I still just break every now and then and need more of them. Obviously, if I'm willing to keep paying for them, I must like them a good bit, and I do! These pens are so good I've even had clients comment at random about how good they are after using them, and more than a few of them have "accidentally" walked off with them (Another reason I have to keep buying more). I'm planning on doing some personal branding down the line and I hope that Uniball has some sort of customizable but classy variant of this pen. I mean, as great as t he pen/gripping material is, the real magic is the ink, so I wouldn't mind a slightly changed body. But I really really want them as customizable pens! I'd slap my firm logo all over that thing!

Elegant, high-quality, made in Japan
Pros: smoother than most pens, allowing very fast writing ("jetstream" is accurate). Slight "cigar" shape, so the hand-feel is like a fancy expensive pen. Looks elegant. Made in a free democracy, Japan. Cons: it has a very bold stream, so there is the occasional blotching, unless you clean it. But if you use bold ball rollers this is expected. Price is very high per unit, for a plastic pen, even a very nice one. One annoyance: the refill cartridge is marked with a model number of its own, but you can't order them separately. This is a shame because the pen opens easily, would be easy to replace. So these nice, pricy pens get wasted once empty. Still, my favorite to use.

Wicked Sick Penzzzz
These pens glide across the page in such a satisfying way that you might catch yourself thinking 'I totally don't regret spending $30 on pens, a thing I could have just spent like $4 on.' What can I say of these pens. The ink rolls on the page as slickly as butter onto a hot biscuit, the pen rests in one's hand as comfortably as newborn babe at it's mother's bosom. I love these pens, or rather I did, that is, until the rubber grip on each and every one of them became loose and would no longer adhere to the pen. Repeated capping and uncapping of the pen results in this over time. In a way it makes the Uni-ball jetstream's grip into a ungrip... a not grip... It makes the pen very hard to hang onto. Put it that way. Mayhap my capping and uncapping was excessive, but I was in college at the time and used my pen a fairly good amount. overall, they get a 3/10 from me.

The whole box is faulty
There was something wrong with the box of pens I ordered. Each one would last for a month, and then stop writing. None of them are empty, but every single pen in the box is faulty. I've been using this exact brand and style of pen for years, and I'm really disappointed that this order from Amazon contained whole box of non-working pens.

Buy them at Staples, these ones are garbage.
I've been using these pens for 15 years, and I usually buy them at Staples, but with lineups and social distancing and all of that hassle, I thought I would just order them. I don't know if I got a bad batch, or they are super old, or what, but none of them work for more a few minutes. I can literally write a line or two and then the pen dies, and I've tried it with every single pen in the pack. Not happy at all and I do not recommend buying them here.
