Great pack, does not have a phone pocket.

I'm a bit of a hydration pack um...aficionado and as such, I've amassed a rather large collection. My husband has one hydration vest. So I thought this would be a good one to rotate in with his current vest. He's not picky....at all. I'm picky as heck so combined here is our very honest and very thorough review. First of all, the pack says that it has a weather resistant phone pocket. Unless the camo is to hide the actual phone pocket this doesn't exist. There is a zipper pocket in the back that has a ton of space but no separate pockets (it's just a big dump section). There is a space for a hydration bladder and that has a velcro tab and the ability to run a tube out as well as a magnetic tube clip in the front. The pack comes with 2 front 600ml flasks with long tubes and there are small front pockets that secure with velcro. The back has a pass through pocket. Nothing that screams "put your phone here". The photo has it going in the front pocket by the logo. If you put it here, it will fall out, unless you have a flip phone. My iPhone 11pro was NOT secure and the velcro would scratch the heck out of the case. My husband fixed this by using a bladder and not the included bottles. The bottles have a stiff side to keep the bottles from shrinking into the pack. My opinion is that they would not feel comfortable on certain anatomy portions after a few miles, but that's based on my experiences with other flasks with hard portions. Sizing is accurate. The pack fits him snugly and I had to have all the side claps and front claps tightened down all the way. You can adjust the straps using the rails. I'm not a fan of these either because...chafe. They did not bother him. The material is nice and soft which feels great against the skin and helps from destroying all your tech shirts but you want to have a tight fit to keep your items compressed so keep that in mind when you are looking at sizes. There is no official pole spot, but if you have z type poles, they fit in the back with minimal shifting. He really was surprised by the comfort of this pack and pretty much has the only issue of the lack of phone pocket. Keep in mind that this ships with the most annoying and tiny zip ties to hold the bottle into the pack so you will need VERY small clippers to remove them from the pack.

No way sizing is correct.

I’m a bigger runner at 6’2” and 270lbs but there is absolutely no way this sizing is correct. Even with all the straps as loose as possible and no shirt underneath there is no way to possibly wear this thing as an adult human. My 5’6” 160lb wife even tried it on and it’s comically small. Maybe this was made for kids?

Great for Shorter Runs

This Under Armour Infinite 8L Race Vest Black Reflective Vest is an interesting concept that I was curious to try out because sometimes I really don't feel like taking a full size hydro backpack with me on my runs because of time, weight, etc. When this arrived I was just getting ready to go on a run so I jumped at the opportunity to give this a go. My first impression of this was a bit of confusion because I thought this was a more traditional hydro bladder pack but instead it comes with two different water bottles with extra long dangly straws that sit on the front of the vest itself for easy access. I will mention that if you wanted to you could fit a smaller hydro bladder in the rear catch-all storage area of this vest but it doesn't come with one so you would need to supply it. I'm just going to come right out and say it...I really don't like these bottles but particularly the straws are very annoying as they flop about wildly as soon as go to drink from them on a run. All that keeps them in place is one lone piece of elastic on each side and the straw isn't long enough to reach my mouth without using my hands to get it there. Second, it felt like I was drinking from one of those condiment bottles from Subway or something like that which is probably just a personal resentment that I have against anything Subway related due to working there as a teenager. If you want to keep your water cold you can add some ice cubes but, in my experience, they don't last very long on warm Southern California days out on a run. The front utility pockets which are for a phone or keys or something like that really don't inspire confidence especially if you have a larger device like a Galaxy Z Fold 3, I didn't even attempt trying it out because of how janky it seemed. You can store a good amount of stuff in the catch all area in the back of the vest but no dedicated waterproof pocket for electronic devices. Overall, this is an interesting product, it does provide a good compromise for runners looking for something to take with them to hydrate on shorter runs, but the water bottle and floppy straws aren't for me, they absolutely annoy the hell out of me. So, for me this is a hard pass, but I will note that for some people this will be right up their alley and be exactly what they need. 4/5 stars.

Not worth the price.

As an owner of many NATHAN vest from 4L to 12L. UA collaboration with NATHAN is NOT good. The vest works for half marathon/trails if walking. The VERY large zipper pocket creates an uncomfortable bounce with gear when running. VERY annoying... for any Ultra Marathons 30-100+ miler. It will ALWAYS be NATHAN 12L plenty of space and pockets easy to access spaces and NO annoying bounce with gear inside. I do not recommend this vest for anything over 13.1 miles.
