THE BEST
These things are just perfect! So precise, sharp and great quality. Thicker metal so they last. Definitely dont let the hubby get ahold of these for the price, they arent garage worthy. They are THE best tweazers for brows and grooming. They do a great job on splinters! And the case is so perfect so they dont get lost. Where they are pricey, honestly, this will be the last set i get, im sure of it! Would make a great gift too!

Best tweezers I've ever used
First off, these are the best tweezers I've ever owned. I was tired of ripping off half my face with my old cheap pair. I started looking into tweezers online and found an article giving a shout out to Tweezerman tweezers. When I started shopping for them I got a little sticker shock. Was I really going to spend that much on a pair of tweezers? And I wanted both pairs... I wasn't ready to commit to $30 in tweezers. Tweezers?! I mean Walgreens has tweezers for like $3, right? Then I found this travel kit. And then I found the meaning of good tweezers. Bsh.... Treat yourself! These are incredibly accurate. No more trying to pull the same hair over and over. No more grabbing skin by accident. No more cutting hairs by accident. They come together and close fully. The sharp set is very sharp and versatile. And while I'm not a tweezer nerd, so I don't know all the things to tell you about why they're the best, I can tell you that they beat every pair I've tried. They are worth it. This set doesn't seem small to me (I kinda expected them to be small because they're a travel set). I love the leather case. I love how accurate they are. I love that they don't require me to try to pull a hair multiple times. I don't seem to pinch myself as often as I did with my old pair. And I don't have to use a Titan grip to grab hairs. They are awesome. I've had this set for about a year.

Overhyped
I bought these after reading many great reviews, but these tweezers are very dull. It was very hard to get a grip on the hair. Might be useful for someone with thinner hair.

petite tweeze set with color case
This is essentially the same set as the Tweezerman Petite Tweezer Set found here on Amazon. I don't understand why the same product gets great ratings under the other listing, but not here. Here is a copy of the product review I wrote for the Tweezerman Petite Tweezer Set: This is my first set of TWEEZERMAN tweezers as I have always used RUBIS and DOVO tweezers. I puchased this set to keep in the car, and was attracted to the leather travel case as well as the price point. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the tweezers were made in India, but that Tweezerman is headquartered in New York and a member of Zwilling J.A. Henckels Group from Germany. My kitchen knives are Henckels and I love them, so this suddenly made me feel a little more confident in my purchase. Overall I am pleased with the set, but do find the quality lesser than what I am used to in the Rubis and Dovo brands. The points are not quite as precise, and the material is lighter. The pointed tweezer is approximately 3 1/2" long, and the slanted pair is a little less at around 3 1/4" in length. The magnetic closure on the case is strong, and has a nice "snap" sound when it closes. Since I will not be using them regularly, I'm sure they will suit my needs well. I only wish they included a nail clipper with this set. I placed this order because I wanted a different color case for another vehicle. The product description for this item said "Carry case is available in assorted colors and product shipped will be either red, green, or brown." Unfortunately I received black which was not what I wanted.

A Neat Set
I have had this set in the past, but the recent version is not as fine or as well-made as the previous ones.

All you need in one small pouch
Although these are smaller than normal size, they are still easy to use, not at all fiddly and do the job as you would expect from Tweezerman. Great for travel to have both sorts of tweezers, pointed and slanted, in their own little case. The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is that there is a slightly sharp or rough, something, edge on the slanted tweezers, which is only an issue if you use them in a certain way i.e. opposite to the hair growth to "catch" the shorter stubby regrowing hairs - unless you are very careful, it is too easy to graze the skin. Other than that - great pair of tweezers.

Regular tweezers excellent
Regular tweezers are excellent but I found the superfine ones impossible to use and so sharp they cut my skin. I liked the case and plastic caps for the tweezer ends.

Can't fault these
I chose these small tweezers for my home first aid kit, and they're exceptional quality. The points are ground to perfection and meet each other exactly. They're far superior to any other tweezers I've owned, including expensive precision sets used for fine jewellery work. The brown case is neat, and the closure uses magnets which snap shut reassuringly. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and you're paying for the best.
