Turned the fire pit into a solar fountain

It has turned the fire pit into a solar fountain and will be used this winter to protect the fire pit from the snow. Exactly what I was looking for.

So many possibilities

We saw a You tube video where a guy used this as a birdbath. a large one. we bought it and its amazing. we have it on a stand and the solar water feature never sprays over because the round tray is so big. birds are bathing in it and having a great time

Perfect birdbath!

The media could not be loaded. Used for birdbath along with a 8in solar powered fountain!,wide enough so fountain water doesn’t go over the side,very well made,cleans up nicely,we’ll worth the money

Outstanding plant holder

we have a huge plant that needed a sturdy holder, and this one fits the bill. i highly recommend this especially if you don't mind a non decorative holder.

Desert tortoise bath.

I bought this for my 2 Desert tortoises. It is big enough for both of them to get in it at the same time on very hot days!! It’s very easy for them to get in and out of and deep enough to be able to soak and hydrate themselves.

Expensive but worth it!

It was expensive but well worth it. It takes care of the overflow from the potted plant and also it holds water below the rocks to allow for humidity in the air for a palm.

Excellent birdbath

I bought this to use as a birdbath and it's perfect for that -- sturdy, large, attractive and just the right depth. I wanted a large bath because I use a small solar water pump to attract the birds (and create a fountain effect) and this is spacious enough to contain the pump, keep the pump from throwing the water out and still allow lots of space for the birds to splash around. Cast birdbaths cost a lot, and tend to be quite small. You need to figure out a way to mount this saucer so that it's well supported, but once you do, you have a terrific birdbath at a very reasonable price. I happened to have one of those large reels that heavy cable is wound on and I use that for the base.
