Actual dimensions of 11 and 12 inch saucers

We ordered these to go under a large, heavy houseplant. The 12" saucer is a bit larger than anticipated, but it's attractive and appears to be durable and will catch drips when we water the plant, which was our goal. It is much more durable plastic than a cheap plastic plant saucer we previously owned. Because the website lacks detailed dimensions -- which would have been helpful when we ordered -- we provide these dimensions for the 12-inch saucer (even though Amazon applied this review to the 11-inch saucer we ordered later): 12-inch saucer: Inner diameter at the base (where the pot will sit): 11 inches. Inner diameter at the top rim: 11.75 inches. Outer diameter at the top rim: 12.5 inches. Outer diameter at the base, where the edge flares out a bit: 13.375 inches. Later, we ordered the 11-inch saucer. Actual dimensions: Inner diameter at base: 9.5 inches, which is perfect for our use; outer diameter at the base, where it flares out a bit: 11.75 inches. Inner diameter at top rim: 10.25 inches; outer diameter at top rim: 11 inches.

Works but visually OMG…thumbs down

It’s durable, chunky, and rubbery… if you don’t mind that, then go for it. However; if you want something that’s durable AND visually pleasing, this is not it. It would be okay outside under a pot on a porch or deck, inside not so much, unless you like rubber under your decorative pots.
