Too Long

For my height (6'2") and weight (230) the XL-Long was what I needed. Tried it on once it arrived and it fits great, but the length is 31/2" too long. I will have to return or get them to replace it with the correct size.

Horrible stitching and previously used

The fit is okay. A little too baggy but if I went a size smaller I would split the thing in half sitting down. The sticking is abysmal. Think Halloween costume single-use stitching. It will MAYBE last a few washes and then start to come apart. It's literally like this was someone's first time craft project... just horrible. Also, based on the stains this clearly seems to be a used garment. What a joke. 2023-03-17 Update: Requested and received a replacement suit which seems to not be used (at least it has a tag on the zipper this time), however the sleeve length is a good inch and a half shorter than the first suit that arrived. Most likely they attached the wrong sleeves to this or just short shrifted it entirely, but either way terrible quality control. Would not recommend this brand/seller at all.

Excellent fit and quality

Bought this to make an “Expanse” cosplay of Amos. Worked great, fit well and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality reproduction of the original Mil Spec

This is a “nice try” reproduction flight suit. The material is accurate & of good quality. The pockets are NOT to spec on the lower leg. I bought this as a comfy coverall, but being a retired Flight Engineer in the Air Force, I knew something wasn’t right as soon as I tried it on and there was no pocket on the thigh to slip my flight cap into ????. In every other aspect, this is an excellent reproduction copy!

Close but not right

Material is good but sizes are all wrong. I’m 6’4”. 220 lbs. XL is too baggy and large is too tight. Shrank in wash and zipper broke after one wash. Returned it

Almost perfect aviator suit

Great design, confortable and professional fit, the only pitfall is the sleeves length, too short, I’m a 6.4 and 190 pounds slim guy and the Xl fits perfect but the sleeves

It’s a great flight suit

It’s a great flight suit. However, I’m around 6’0 tall and have a 34’ waist with an athletic type build. I ordered 2 sizes up just to kinda “be on the safe side” I would normally wear a medium reg with standard uniforms. But with this, I ordered an XL. It had more than enough space on the inseam and the sleeves met where they needed to be. But the waist straps just didn’t meet where they needed to. I had to cross both straps in order to fit my waist. It’s also extremely baggy. So I suggest just going one size up when you order

Worked out surprisingly well

I took a guess, based on what others had posted, as to what size would work best. I'm 6'0" and 200lb - so I bough an XL Long. The quality is good, I can't say if the construction is exactly to spec, but it seems good, and that size was perfect for my build. It's a little long in the leg, but that's an easy fix; and is roomy in the waist (as it should be). Not exactly the same, but it takes me back a few decades to a time when I actually wore one of these.

Good quality fabric.

Good quality fabric, definitely could do work in these. Lots of loose threads sticking out of the coveralls when received. Did the old trick of burning them off. Took a while, but other than the threads everywhere, they were well put together.
