Shoes run small

Shoes poorly packed in a too large box and not wrapped in tissue paper like department would have them. So presentation was poor. Furthermore, there wasn't a receipt for shoes, either. In regards to shoes, they seem to run very small, i.e. in the toe, width. I wear pretty consistent size, but wrong size and width. Will be donated. Recommend them? Yes.

Versatile shoe

I am excited about this versatile shoe. I can dress it up or down. They are perfect for the in between weather of Spring. I have narrow heels and often shoes slid on my heels. These do not. They are a good fit.

Trotter Shoe

Nice shoe but it's really wide. They are comfortable, not much arch support. I use an insert them for support.

Comfortable yet fashionable shoes; beloved by young and old alike

I am in my sixties, yet when I wore these to a hair appointment, my 20-something, hip, fashion-forward stylist loved them, so much so that she bought the black/linen color as my color was processing. I love Trotters and find that 9.5W consistently fits my slightly wide feet well, and they don't necessarily look like old-lady comfort shoes. I will say, though that this is the first Trotters style where the wide width was a bit too wide in the heel. I was able to correct this with some adhesive heel inserts. I really like these shoes, so they were worth the extra trouble.

Cute but didn’t work for my needs

These are sooo cute! Unfortunately, they were too small. I would have ordered next size up but they have no arch support (I suffer from plantar fasciitis, so this is a non-negotiable) and there was no room in the shoe for an orthotic.

Bulky shoe.

It was very heavy. Not light and comfy like one would think. Also, it has an extra shoe pad for the "narrow." It was a very tight fit even though I typically buy narrow sizes.

Too Narrow

Unfortunately the 10.5 Wide is still too narrow. And often I’m between reg and wide width. Also the back heel rides a little too high and cuts across the Achilles. So while the cushioning is great, I still can’t comfortably wear them. So tired of spending over $100 on shoes that don’t fit. Wide widths are really hard to find in Canada so I almost always have to order online.
