Love this bag
I bought this bag for an international trip. I have a sore shoulder and a sore knee. This meant I didn't want to be carrying anything or dealing with the overhead bins. The bag was great. I had aisle seats on all 4 flights. It turns out that aisle seats, at least on Delta, have a bar going down from the seat in front that mean there isn't enough room for this bag. On one flight, I had an aisle seat from the center section and there was room under the seat in front of me for the bag. But on the other 3 flights, I was on the aisle from the side and there wasn't room under the seat in front of me for more than a purse. If I had been on a center seat or the window seat, this bag would have fit just dandy under the seat in front of me. But that isn't the bag's fault, it is just how the seats are designed. However, it didn't bother me at all. The bag is small and easily fit in the over head bin. It was easy to get it down and it fits nicely on a seat if you want to get something out and then put it back up. The bag itself is rather light, so even with my stuff in it I could easily put it up and down, even with my sore shoulder. The bag was great for what I wanted for this trip. The very first pocket on the front is perfectly sized for a passport. The next pocket up was perfectly sized for my tablet. There is a nice narrow pocket on the front on the top that was perfect for earbuds and a chapstick and small things like that. On the inside, right at the top is another narrow pocket that was a bit larger that was perfect for charging cords. Then there are 2 pockets on either side. One I used for my quart bag full of little liquids and it was a great size for this and worked very well for pulling those out and putting them away. The other side I used for my water bottle. The main compartment has a sleeve for a laptop which I wasn't carrying, but it would have worked well and then I had a fleece jacket and a light sweater in there (I think planes are always cold). Then I had a couple of shirts, some socks and so on in case I missed a flight. I also had some granola bars and a rather bulky knee brace. On the way home, I still had room for a few souvenirs that were fragile and I didn't want to check. This bag isn't huge, put it did hold everything I needed. It does only have one pull bar instead of the common 2 bars with a handle to pull it. But it was sturdy and worked well. And the retractable part of the pull handles do take up room on the inside so the one bar to pull it takes up less space on the inside, for which I was grateful. I really enjoyed the sleeve so that I could set it on top of my checked back and then push the two of them together for coming to and leaving the airport. I'm a grandmother, I was traveling alone and I didn't want to have to carry a backpack or heavy purse. I was checking a larger bag with most of what I would need. This bag was absolutely perfect for the airplane part of my trip.

Great for short-term travel and airport convenience
I am very pleased with the options for packing this under-the-seat luggage! I have not used the item yet, but I did a run through packing and tested the convenience of sitting it atop my larger rolling luggage. High marks from both aspects! I'm certain that it will be the best choice for weekend car travel as well as a huge convenience in air travel!

Frontier charged me for a carry-on.
Frontier has always let me consider this item a carry-on until today. They charged me $100 because they said it was too big.

Great carry-on
Fits well under the seat in front of you. only minor concern is the zipper does seem to catch at the corners, take it slow and should be fine.

Didn’t fit under the aisle seat.
Edited to add: Nope, not working for me. On a 2 leg trip, both American airlines, it did actually fit under the seat of the 2nd leg and the flight attendant had no problem with me putting 2 bags overhead since it didn't fit under the aisle seat of the 1st flight. But I find it is just too bulky on top of my excellent spinner bag, making it super top heavy. So now I'm switching under seat bags again. I really love my Samsonite small underseater, but it's a little too deep on top of my spinner, as well. Have finally decided that my underseater can be no wider than 14", and definitely no deeper than 8", to make my journeys easy enough that I don't think twice about taking off for just a night or two. When I'd reached the point of being reluctant to make quick stops bc it wasn't worth struggling with my bags, I knew I needed to get serious about downsizing, but apparently I still have work to do in that area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My tape measure says this suitcase is 15.5” across, just above the wheels where the plastic is. And that was just enough to keep it from fitting under the aisle seat. That makes it a complete failure for me, since the aisle is my preferred seating position. The depth and height are correct, though, which surprised me. Because it has a really hefty look that I am afraid will draw the eye of the most strict gate agents. In spite of both those things, I am still only knocking off 1 star, because it has a really effective design. A slim padded slot for a laptop, great pocket placement both inside and out. In fact, it’s so good that I’m going to switch to window seats for short haul flights and see if I can make it work. My bags get checked on long haul, so it’s not issue where I absolutely insist on having aisle seats.

Practical
Good pockets. Grey color a bit boring. Will put a bright tag on case. Light weight and good wheels.

Easy to Pack
I was amazed to pack 4 days of clothes in this small bag. (It was for Hawaii but still) It is easy to maneuver and will fit under the seat in front of you if there is no box or post there.

Great bag
This is my second bag, same one. I purchased the first one at BJ’s for 60$. After 5 years of daily use, the zipper broke. I tried other bags, but was not the same. I bit the bullet and paid 160$ for new one same model. It is worth though because I’m very picky about my bags. They have to be functional and easily accessible. It has a lot of small pockets and large compartments as well. Great for traveling or every day use. It’s perfect for me, just wish I could find it at the original price.
