Every RV camper should have one!
I have my paddle-lock affixed to my surge protector and more often times than not, I have to run the Trimax TQ1532 Trimaflex Integrated Keyed Cable through the locked paddle-lock and then wrapped around the electrical post to ensure my $450 surge protector doesn't 'walk away.'

Very difficult to lock
The pros of this cable lock are that it's a pretty decent price, they give you three keys with it, and as far as cable locks go it is pretty good. It feels pretty sturdy and the chain is quite thick, it's not like cheap cables that can just be snipped in two seconds with a boltcutter. However, it is definitely vulnerable to thieves and I would not use this as a primary bike lock, only in combination with a good steel U-lock. I was pretty pleased with this as a thick sturdy backup lock to complement my U-lock, but I have to take away some stars because it can be really hard to lock. This particular 32" cable is very inflexible and can be hard to work with, so you may want to spring for the longer version of this. It's difficult to get the key to go all the way into the lock, and it's nearly impossible to actually lock it. When you're kneeling on the ground, trying to bend a thick inflexible cable around a tree/post/etc, and trying to wrangle the cable to stay in the position you want it to be in, AND trying to hold both ends of the lock and hold them together with one hand while struggling with the key with your other hand, it's extremely difficult and inconvenient. This lock made me nearly 10 minutes late for work this morning. Maybe as I use this lock I'll discover some trick to make it easier to use the key, I don't know. I would still recommend this as a very thick steel cable for a pretty good price, but be aware that it's going to take a lot of finagling to get the key in the hole and to actually lock the lock. And just keep in mind that 32" is actually pretty short and does not give you very much distance at all between the bike and the object you're tying it to, and the cable is not bendy or flexible at all, so it may be a better idea to go for the longer version of this cable.

Secures my spare tire.
Appears to be secure and heavy duty. Is being used to secure spare tire to utility trailer. I have to agree with a couple of previous reviewers that the key can be kind of tricky to open and close, but overall appears to be a very good product.

Not good…. Sad, it looked really tough.
It came and looked thick and sturdy. It came with three keys to open and lock it. I was happy to put it around my trailer spare. I choose this item for the reviews. Unfortunately, the end connecting piece to this lock broke off and it was just dangling in the spare while I was driving. I don’t understand what happened but maybe this one was defective. Never the less it broke while on the spare.

After 6 months, significant corrosion has occurred
I currently have this attached to my salt water flats boat trailer, in the front of the trailer. While it fits the trailer quite nicely and allows for a good wrap around the tire and trailer (doesn't leave a ton of play in the cable) I've began to notice a significant amount of corrosion on the lock itself. I realize that the level of corrosion is certainly due to the fact that this unit is in frequent contact with salt water but i would think that with thoroughly rinse of the trailer (and this lock) with fresh water after fishing trips, corrosion wouldn't set in quite as fast. Because of the corrosion, the lock is now very difficult to open. The keys stick and at times, I'm afraid the force applied on the keys to get the lock open will result in the keys breaking, and quite possibly breaking inside the lock. The last thing I want is to be stranded and have to torch (or cut) this lock off to get my tire. I loved the idea of being able to lock my spare wheel onto the trailer, but I'm not so sure i love the idea of fighting corrosion to do so. Maybe there's another method I can employ to keep this lock functioning well, and if i come across said method and it works, i'll gladly update this review. Until then, i'm obligated to yield 2 stars.

solid construction, worth the money
Works great. I use it on the bike, KX250 for size reference. If you use it to lock the rear wheel, it is tight, but you could get it through the sprocket, spokes, rear brake disc, and back for the loop. Provides some sort of secure feeling. Product is secure and looks solid.
