Tape needs reinforcement.
Great in theory. Was easy to attach. For my epoxy project, I guess it was too much weight? Every drip just pulled the whole section down which was impossible to put back up. Will use again perhaps with paint projects and some extra taped reinforcement. Would be better as 2" tape or something.

Works great for automotive use. Tape could have a little more adhesion but not too bad

I really want to like this product
I really want to like this product, but without a dispenser with a cutting blade, it's maddening to use because it was impossible to keep the tape from sticking to the masking film. I do like the fact that the film and tape are all in one, unlike the 3M products that cost more, plus you have to buy the tape separately. If you're working alone and having to climb up and down on a ladder, don't waste your time or money and save your sanity.

if you’re looking for something cheap & with quick delivery(depending on your area), but aren’t too awfully concerned about the area to be masked - this tape & drape will suffice. first piece of advice is to ensure you have an additional roll of painters tape on hand as the adhesive ability lacks considerably - but for just over $5 for 100 ft…. it performs it’s worth. i purchased this product in a pinch to cover over items/areas in my home that i only cared to shield from paint stripper/acetone/etc splatter that will eventually be refinished, anyway, but, that the integrity of could potentially wind up damaged by the harsh agents within the chemical being used at the time. if you’re looking for something that will leave you with a clean line & foolproof protection - this is not the product for you. the tape is merely masking tape from your local office supply store & the plastic is of the same material as the thinnest dollar store trash bags- like you’d find in a janitors closet. it rips very easily (though this makes applying the mask very simple) & the tape hardly sticks. for your bigger projects - look elsewhere. also not sufficient for use on automotive paint. the thickness of the tape will leave harsh lines - there are specific products for automotive body paint with specifically made tape that is thinner than usual to aid in blending repair areas.

Have to keep the clear plastic sheet from getting stuck to the tape.
Works well. Adheres pretty well if you can avoid getting the tape stuck to the clear sheeting.

This product works well!
I bought these on the off chance I might use them. After struggling with the 3M tape/plastic dispenser (worthless), these little TapeDrapes were my savior. they go on easy, stay on, and hold well for most indoor masking needs. The film that unfolds goes wide enough for good coverage for doors. Cutting away the thin film took some work, but once I got the hang of it, my masking job went really fast.

Great tape
It worked fantastic. I cleaned most of the surfaces before applying the tape and tarp. The seal kept tight and no overspray was noticed on any of the surfaces it was sealing. Removing was easy and the lack of residue left behind wasn't even noticeable.

Super easy & efficient to use
Purchased this item for a ceiling stucco removal project. We installed it on the walls with a 2 inches gap from the ceiling edge. Installation was super easy and none of the tape peeled off during the water process of the stucco removal. The plastic is thinner than a drop sheet but I like that it was staticky. It stuck to the walls so it was easier to lay it out. This wasn’t long enough to drape along the floor as well so we rolled a set of this along the floor edges as well. No tripping on loose plastic because the static keeps it tight to the floor. Great product, will be buying for each of my diy projects.

Amazing and convenient.
Amazing product to keep the vehicle clean while tinting. Can be used two times, then the glue disappears. Really convenient.

Does the job.
I managed to do the job correctly but had problems with the tape tearing while unrolling. Plastic quality was very good thought.
