The first one came broken. It happens. I really like it and ordered it again. This time everything went well.

Good at first then came MOLD

Looked nice and was great at first, then after a handful of months I noticed that there was a bunch black mold on the bottom edges. Much worse than the picture because I was able clean some of it off. Really disappointing. These are meant to be used in the bathroom and near water and should hold up better. Unfortunately, issues werent noticed/developed after window closed. I would not recommend. Now we need to replace.

Love the aesthetic, but a little cheaply made

I absolutely love the look of this, but it is cheaply made. The cup leaks and is not sealed property on the bottom, so it is useless. The soap dispenser had cheap plastic inside of the wood and is very hard to keep clean. The "metal" piece on the top of the soap dispenser is actually plastic.

Works great for what we needed, but I wish it had a coat of varnish/lacquer to prevent water damage

This set is was great for our guest bathroom which we wanted a "spa" feel for the room. The color is very pleasing however it is not sealed so water is able to seep into the bamboo and when it dries the color fades out. It may be our water, but the problem could be solved by putting something to seal the bamboo especially on the soap dispenser as that always get wet from normal use. I would not use this set in a bathroom/kitchen that has every day use as the pump is not heavy duty and feels like it would break if you push too hard on it. But it is perfect for a guest bathroom that is only used sparingly. The tray is a wonderful holder for jewelry, watches etc... while you shower too! Worth the investment.

Pretty But Lacking

This is beautiful and perfect for my location, but AFTER I added lotion into the pump container, I saw that the pump tube was missing. I checked the packaging and all around but the tube did NOT come with the set. Since I had already added lotion, it was too late to return, so I will look for a replacement tube somewhere else. Check for it before filling!

It's nice but won't last long

Cheaply made. The metal top for the toothbrushes comes off every time you pull out your toothbrush. It won't last long but it's nice to look at. Bamboo is porous so we will see how long it last. It stains easily from water dropping on it...

Decent quality but had to glue toothbrush holder down.

This is a beautiful set. The quality is very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the little metal piece for the toothbrush holder just kind of sits in there and comes right off every time we take our toothbrushes out. We ended up super glueing it on which is probably going to make it hard to clean but oh well. Other than that it’s really nice.

Cute Bamboo bathroom decor

The media could not be loaded. The bamboo looks great, but the plate that contains the toothbrush separator looks bad. I thought it was dirty, but it seems the paint coating just has little parts missing. I’d recommended painting it.

BROKEN

It came broken and scratched. The tray was in pieces; brokem. It was not worth the money. The "cup" is not a cup and leaks like crazy and the top of the toothbrush holder isnt attached and doesnt fit right as well as was scratched. The packaging was nicely bubble wrapped. I normally give a bit of leeway, but this product is not as i expected at all.

The toothbrush holder top metal plate did not fit, so needed a bit of fitting to get it in, otherwise this is a great deal. Looks clean and nice in a bright space.
