HOLD UP ????
GOOD PRICE AND QUARTER NET.

The closure string is difficult to manage
The closure string is difficult to manage. It's the same thickness and material as the hay bag itself is made of, which means it's slick and not hefty enough to tie the bag onto anything

Works great and my animals unable to destroy!
Have cows, goats and llamas using these and even with constant yanking these don’t fall apart like others used in the past

Slow feed hay bag
Holds much less hay than I needed. No where near a small bale. The openings are big so didn’t slow my horse down

Gets the job done!
Item as described, but if you have bucks with horns, feed them from something else. They like scratch their heads and get caught in the nylon. The does and babies love them and takes them longer to eat, which make me happy.

Good enough hay bag
Good slow feed hay bag. The cord that tightens is pretty thin, but I haven't had to replace it yet, but I'm pretty sure I will at some point. Have had it about 6 weeks so far, with 2 minis and 1 regular size horse. Less frustrating for horses than the 1 inch slow feed nets, but still slows them down and reduces waste. So overall pretty great, but not perfect because I predict I'll have to switch out the tie cord at dinner point.

Holding up to my hangry draft
Wasn't expecting much out of this hay net because of price and how thin the netting is... My draft destroys everything in her path... however, it has lasted a few months with only a few spots that began to wear... but it's still holding up though. Holds a lot of hay for my chucky girl

Durable.
I bought two of these together, they are not the same size. One holds 3 flakes other holds about 6. Aside from one being much smaller they have held up well to my net killing mare. One tie string broke or came undone I tied it in a k it and it’s held up just fine. Not a bad net for what you pay. I’ve gotten way worse! I’d buy more. Hopefully all one size lol.

Poorly made nets - knots too loose, does not hold shape, holes to large NOT SLOW FEED
If you are looking for slow feed hay nets, you need to watch out where they are made. These ones were made in India, where, they do not seem to ensure the knots are properly tightened. This means that the horses an easily make giant holes and gobble up their hay quickly, defeating the purpose of the slow feed net. These ones from JT International are just poorly put together (the material they are made out of are fine) and there is no way to tighten the knots (I tired). The Tough-1 nets that are made at a factory in China are way better - the knots are tight and the nets keep their shape thus maintaining the 2 inch holes. JT international needs to send this feedback to the manufacturer in India so that the nets get made correctly so consumers don't have to worry where it was made when buying. These are a great value hay net - I have used them for years but all my old ones (which are about 10 years old now) are wearing out and I need to find new ones. Sadly, these are not it.

Sturdy net!
I have this net in purple and blue. The purple one got several holes chewed in it as a short cut to getting out hay, so eventually I bought a blue one to replace it (which was less expensive than the purple one for some reason). The blue one has held up to date, and it has been kicked around the yard, so it’s definitely endured the same abuse as the other net.

Cutting Corners?
These nets have a drawstring that is nothing more than thin twine. It will not stand up to the tugging that sheep do. Another cost-cutting measure that the manufacturer has imposed on the buyer…would NOT BUY AGAIN! We now have to go out to town and get some reasonable diameter rope and re-do all of them!

This works great!
This is great to stop waste of hay. My goats love it.
