Bought for donkey, did not fit

Solid halter but did not fit a donkeys small yet blocky head. Donkey fit best in a weaver leather yearling halter.

This is a quality material product. However, it could use more options for making it smaller if needed.

Fits a medium size donkey

Used a lighter to heat up a skewer to add another hole for perfect fit.

wayyy too large for my 8 month old Fresian stud colt

he has a big head hence the breed. has outgrown 3 halters at 7 months and this yearling size is Way too big. He is 8 months now and i thought this would be the next step up from his last one but the throat latch is just flapping down so big i could fit my leg through it

Great yearling halter

Great for short term use since babies grow so fast, idk if I’d trust the clip with a full grown horse but the colours great and the price is right for training.

Size in decieving

Not a yearling halter, unless you have a thoroughbred or a draft yearling. Quarter horse yearling and this halter is way too big. Thankfully the strapping is cheap, so a quick work with a knife I was able to make another hole. Nose is not adjustable. It's ok for the baby, since they grow up so fast, but not a long term solution for sure. Chin strap snap look cheap, but ironically it does not freeze up like other snaps do in the winter, so easy on/off.

Parfait pour mes besoins

Je cherchais un licou pour des pouliches de 1 an. Taille yearling c'est parfait. Prix abordable. Je n'ai pas peur de le perdre dans un champ.
