No Cleaning Trays!
A real bargain over name brands costing nearly $50.00 or more! It works! I like the dual slots, been wanting one for some time. Only problem is cleaning, to clear crumbs, etc. from the bottom trays, you have to turn the machine upside down to clear out. Old toaster with two slots has a slide out tray to make cleaning easier. But, all in all, a good bargain at an affordable price.

Not impressed
The protective clingy clear plastic used to protect the outside of the toaster for shipping was stuck up underneath the edge of the toaster where the bread goes. I had to pry the side up to get it all out. The protective blue plastic that is supposed to be removed during manufacturing on the metal pieces on top between the slots was still attached on the end where I couldn't get to it. That I guess will have to burn off because it's the part that covers the top of the heating elements. The right sidr bread crum tray that opens on the bottom wasn't latched when the package was opened. When I tried to close it, it wouldn't close. So now it stays open. When I put the handle mechanisms down to burn off the "new" and try to burn off any other plastic that wasn't removed during manufacturing, the right side wouldn't stay down. After some fanagling we found the selector knob wasn't locked in place. After fixing that it went down and stayed down. During the burn off process some pretty good smoke came out of both sides. This happened through 3 cycles. Needless to say I'm not impressed. For the money, you'd think it would be better.

Bait-and-Switch
This toaster has nothing to do with Samsung...that is a complete bait-and-switch, and false advertising. It is a Brentwood, and the seller should be forced to change it, or remove this posting. This toaster is a $10-15 CDN Walmart special. It is nowhere near worth $32 CDN. It is cheap/flimsy feeling. It looks pretty okay, with the black on white, but that's about it. The handle is very flimsy feeling, and requires a special touch to lock it down. The toaster burns edges, even on 1.5. There is no cancel button - you either have to unplug, or set the dial to 0, which is annoying, in that, if you're like me, you have it on a static setting, always, and have to reset. Look elsewhere, people. Very disappointing.

false advertised
Was advertised as a Samsung toaster and comes in the box as brentwood also it is as a whole a bit flimsy for a toaster but it does get the general job done and the cleaning is easy and maintainable if done regularly from the onset of purchase
