Lasts a long time

I be had this flash light for years. This is my second one and I have bought them for family. Long lasting light and very bright. Me I makes a great product

Second one I've owned

Had I not left my first one behind on a job somewhere recently, I would still be using it and happy with it, after several years. I was glad to see Nebo is still making a very similar product. I'm an electrician and the very strong magnet comes in so handy, so often, to free up both hands and still have the area properly illuminated. At first I didn't particularly care for the newer feature of the area type light coming on automatically when sliding it open, however, I've gotten used to it. Other than that I was happy with it from the get go. Very bright and very reliable!

Purchased to replace old 300 Lumen version

Purchased this to replace a 300 Lumen battery operated one I had for several years after I lost it. I purchased the 400 Lumen version which I use every day and has been working trouble free for months now. I'm a plumber and have dropped this thing in deep, nasty water on several occasions and it keeps working. If you use the Dimmer option the batteries last longer. The magnet on this one isn't as large/strong as the old 300 Lumen version, but that's really the only down side.

Not a good product

The slide stopped working after a week very poor product very disappointed

Magnet will not hold in horizontal, open position.

I've had Slyde 300 for years and its has worked great. I wanted a few more for around the house so it was natural for me to upgrade to a Slyde 400. I was disappointed to find that when you open the Slyde light 400 to us the LED bar that the magnet is not strong enough to hold the light horizontally. Horizontal mounting is a natural position for many applications. This is an easy fix for the manufacturer, they simply need to use a higher strength magnet. A stronger magnet, with more holding power, is readily available for a few pennies more. I will return these for credit. I am disappointed because this is an easy fix and the light will not mount in the horizontal position. Note: Form should follow function. If is doesn't function, what's the point? I will gladly pay a little more for something that works VS less for something that doesn't work.

Well built, bright, durable.

Flashlight has a nice weight to it. Bright enough for most purposes (I use it for work) when the battery starts to get low the middle led bar will not work, so just replace the batteries it's not broken.

I purchased this flashlight as a gift.I checked it out beforehand because I already had an older model of this flashlight and wanted to see if there were any new changes.Let me tell you I was BLOWN AWAY by the BRIGHTNESS (400 lumens) and the QUALITY of this flashlight,my old one did not have the zoom feature,or a hazard red light.If you're looking for a quality very well made light this is it. BUY it you won't regret it.A+++

Fell in Love, now reality - slide feature

I bought two of these, one as a gift & one for myself. After roughly 3 months use, when i try to use the 'slide feature' the unit shuts off its side light after only 2 seconds. I probably have used this feature 40 times at night. The regular end flashlight feature still functions normally. 2 stars for durability portion of Amazon's 3 section rating system.

slyde de 400 lumenes no es recargable como indica el titulo

excelente iluminación, muy buena función a excepción que el del oring de la base que se atoro y se rompió, utiliza 4 pilas AAA alcalinas, en primer muy buena sensación y construcción, solida en sensación en mano, el imán de la base no tiene tanta fuerza como debería para el peso de la lampara . PROS: -BUENA CONSTRUCCIÓN -BUENA ILUMINACIÓN Y DIFUMINACION -BUEN REDUCCIÓN DE INTENSIDAD -BUENA LINTERNA PARA TRABAJO DE MECÁNICA DESVENTAJAS: -IMÁN NO TAN POTENTE -NO TRAE ORINGS DE REPUESTOS P.D. no cumple con la descripción del producto que sea recargable en futuro daré una reseña mas detallada y detalles que aparezcan.
