It's stickier than the regular adhesion tape.

It pretty much holds paper in place and won't release.

Fantastic extra-strength tape runner

There is a bit of a learning curve: you have to make a "check mark" motion to finish each application. But once you get that down pat, it is wonderful. And being able to purchase refills rather an entire new applicator is great.

Like other reviewers

Like other reviewers, I had trouble with this tape runner. I know about pulling/twisting to the side when one is done applying it, and for a while it worked perfectly. Then the carrier started to fold over on itself. I caught it early and was able to straighten it out. It went along okay for a while then it did it again. This time it was irreparable. I really needed to finish a project, so I hopped in my car and drove the 32 miles to the closest craft store. Thankfully, I had a 40% coupon and I bought a refill, vowing to do everything perfectly with this one. I drove 32 miles back home, put the refill in the dispenser, and two applications later the carrier and the adhesive were folded in half. After losing my religion. turning the air blue, and crying with frustration, I took the ^@%*!! thing apart completely, cut off the portion that had been used and that was folded in half, and took it all off the take-up roll. I cleared enough adhesive off the carrier tape that I could attach it to the take-up, put the refill back in the dispenser, and I'm using it again. The adhesive properties of the Tombow Xtreme are good, but one shouldn't have to go through this frustration and expense in order to use it. I will not be purchasing this again unless Tombow fixes their dispenser.

My favorites adhesive runner

I create a lot of paper crafts and Tombow is my go to. I never have to worry about it not holding up. Definitely recommend!

Love Love Love this product.

Best adhesive of all times. Holds fast and doesn’t dry out over time so seasonal Cards can be displayed over many years. The only downfall would be once you stick it there’s no moving it if it’s a wee bit off. So be careful when you stick something cause that’s where it will be.

Love this stuff

Love this stuff. I use it to hold items in need of a strong adhesive. There is s trick to using it though. When you have finished your line of adhesive, pull the container to the side in a quick motion and you will "break" the line of adhesive without a problem.
