Not very pigmented
I have medium to light blonde hair, and I bleached it a couple levels lighter before I applied it. The texture and color right out of the bottle just feels and looks weak, and not in a ooh yay pastel kind of way. it comes out a darker pink, on blonde hair that isn't a level 9 or 10 and it will pull reds or whatever your undertone is. My hair ends up a magenta every time I try this. So just make sure you lighten your hair to a 10 if you want thecolor to turn out right. I definitely dont think it's better than manic panic, and it doesn't hold a candle to iro iro or even strawberry leopard. I gave it 3 stars because it DID color my hair, it just wasn't a highly pigmented formula, or very effective, compared to what's out there at the same price point.

Noice
My hair was a medium/light blonde, dark roots regrowth before I dyed. I mixed a squirter of the dye with about a cup and a half of conditioner, maybe more, and achieved this color. It's very beautiful and I have recieved so many compliments!

The purple is the only con
I have used almost every color this brand has! If you get your hair platinum blonde they all work amazing! The only one that I have ever had a problem with and many others as well is any shade of purple. Always turns out blue instead. Idk if it is because the dye is henna (the stuff used for temp. Tattoos) but purple is the only color I have had not turn out anywhere near what it color it is supposed to be. I also read someone said the black didnt work. Now my hair is naturally black, but I think they needed to still bleach their hair to get it to color right. It is henna, not hair color. So all shades need as light of a base as you can get! I use wella lightening bleach with wella developer, then I use wella platinum toner and developer to take the brassiness out. Before I even try the colors. Like I said, i have black hair and I can get it platinum. You just have to use toner and a really good brand of bleach. I am 42 years old and have been coloring my hair since I was 12. So I know what I am doing! I also had a few hairstylists help me order all of the right stuff and teach me the right amounts to mix, lenght of time to use ect. I have used other colors in the past, but this brand has been my favorite.

No highlight
It worked fine, I was just hoping it would color the grey. It did maybe a bit.

Violette is blue
Literally by no stretch of the imagination is Violette actually violet or purple or anything like the picture. It is like blue ballpoint pen ink. Diluted it is baby blue. Was going to use it as a toner and glad I checked it first. In the bottle it almost looks like manic panic ultra violet but on a paper towel it is BLUE.

Definitely takes a lot of time to seep in
Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I left it in for about an 45 min with a cap on and it still didn't take to a lot of my hair. I wish I had just gotten the arctic fox but someone recommended this product. Oh well.

Marshmallow…..
Is not what I expected it to be. I thought it was going to be a very light pink, instead it was blueish. I tested it on a hair swatch and it toned it REALLY well, almost turned the swatch white! I washed and dried the swatch and applied candy floss to it and it is the perfect baby pink I have always wanted!

WOW!! Worked on my grey hair!!
I am seriously surprised!! My hair was a mix of grey and white, and now it's a glorious purple! No bleaching, no peroxide! Yea!!! I clarified first, let it dry a bit, and left it on for three hrs. Very impressed and pleased, even after my first wash!

Who knew?
Color used: candy floss/peppermint I've been avoiding this brand due to it not being a main brand (splat, manic panic, arctic fox, you know, the big guys that everyone goes to) but I've seen it around for years at alt shops, and I'm stubborn when it comes to my pinks, but I saw the color diversity on this page and I decided hell why not? Conclusion: this is the only pink I will ever dye myself with from now on. Also tip: this color oxidizes, meaning the longer you keep it on your head, the more pigmented the color becomes. It started off looking like soapy pastel pink, but color becomes deeper over time.

One of My Go-To Brands
I've been using Crazy Color for years and it's one of the best brands I've used. For Pride month, I've used Rebel UV, a different brand for the orange and yellow, then Toxic UV, Blue Jade and Violette. As you can see, the Rebel UV isn't reacting (not sure why, whether user error, bad batch or faulty product) but the Toxic UV delivers!

Beyond Terrible
I wish I read the reviews before buying this specific shade because everyone else is correct: this “violette” isn’t purple despite what the bottle shows and what’s inside. It comes out dark purple but turned a light denim blue the moment I plopped it in my hair. I held out hope and gave it a solid hour to maybe, just maybe, turn out purple. Nope. It’s blue. It’s a not even a nice blue and it came out somewhat patchy as well. (Not an application error; hair was thoroughly saturated but the dye easily lathers and got lighter the more I put in my hair!) Unfortunately it doesn’t get better from there. I’ve washed my hair once. ONCE. Since dying it. The UV Green I bought at the same time from the same brand is holding strong but the purple/blue? Virtually gone. I’ve attached a photo to show how much it’s faded after 1 wash. Super disappointed with this colour and do not recommend.

Good coverage and it does actually glow
It actually takes to the hair really well, and it does definitely glow under black light. Neither photo includes a filter, simply the black light setting on my lights. The photo was natural hair was 2 days after dying, the second photo with my hair curled was 2 weeks after dying. The color stays about as good as any other semi-permanent die, but I must say I bought both the green and the pink, the pink did not take to my hair whatsoever. The green was so good I bought a second bottle. My personal method is that after washing my hair I apply the dye to my damp hair, place a bag over my head to prevent it from drying, and then I keep it on for about 3 or 4 hours. The first time I had only waited 40 minutes, it needed a second go it was not long enough. For reference I have very thin porous hair. One bottle does my entire head twice.

Does not turn hair black!
I purchased the color "BLACK" but it definitely is NOT black. When I was dying my hair with this dye it had purple/blue tones. The dye also dyed my entire tub and shower walls and was incredibly hard to get off. My hair is very patchy, some parts of it are grey, some are lighter blue, some are purple, and some are really dark blue but no part of my hair is actually black like it should be.
