Runs a little small but nice over boot
Got these as a replacement from ones I bought 10+ years ago. Had to move up a size to make sure it fits over my shoes. If you wear a size 8 or 8.5 shoe, you should buy a large. It makes them easy to put on and take off and not too large where they become clumsy. Great for wet weather.

Great boots. Too bad the software refuses to order the correct item. I wish someone would fix this.
Did not like the fact that the order switches from Large Men's To Large Women's when ordered. Have ordered the same thing before and this did not happen. The earlier ones fit great (2015 or so); the newer ones do not. Other than being sent the wrong item, they are great boots. Just for someone with 2-inch smaller feet!

Best Way To Keep Feet Dry During Wet Rides
I'm an all-weather cyclist, and I bought these overshoes to keep my feet dry during wet rides. A good rain jacket was easy enough to find, and it took a few experiments to find effective rain pants, but I finally got that covered (pun intended). The problem with good rain pants, though, is that the water that hits your legs has to go somewhere, and generally that means down. And what's down at the bottom of the rain pants? Why, your shoes and feet, of course! After riding just a few miles in steady rain, my shoes and socks would be soaked through, and I found it quite uncomfortable to sit, stand and walk around that way until I could get home and change. These overshoes fix the problem very nicely. Their tops are high enough to stay under the cuffs of my rain pants, and the overshoes are completely watertight, so the water just falls to the ground and my feet stay dry. The overshoes slide on easily enough when dry. They can be a bit challenging to remove when wet, partly because my shoes have rubber soles as well, and partly because the rubber is just harder to grip when it's wet. The button closure helps a lot, because when you unbutton it, there's a fairly generous amount of space to get your foot in and out. The rubber is thick, and since I mostly use them for cycling rather than walking, I expect to get many years out of them. Someone who uses these for walking can probably expect to get 2 or 3 years out of them, depending on the amount of rainy weather. The soles are extra thick and roughened to give you traction on wet sidewalks.

the Mediums actually fit my size 8 sneakers length and width wise pretty well.
After all the reviews I was utterly confused as to what size to buy to fit over my American Size 8 D width walking sneakers. So, I ordered 3 sizes....Medium, Large and Extra Large. Using the shopping bag idea to put over my tennis shoes first and then installing the boots, I was able to get the mediums on OK...it was a little work but definitely doable...the Mediums actually fit my size 8 sneakers length and width wise pretty well...but after wearing for a few minutes I could feel the boot really trying to clamp down on my high insteps...I knew from past experience with Ski boots that clamping down on my insteps does not bode well for long-term comfort so I opted to try the next size up...the Large. The large went on easier and had more room in the instep...Width was still about right but length was now more than I needed by about 3/8 on an inch.....not so long so as to be sloppy feeling but just a little looser than I would normally shoot for.... if the mediums hadn't created the instep issue I would have kept them. Quality otherwise seems good and soles seem grippy. I'm happy with them so far now that I have the right size.

Not Perfect but I'm quite happy. Perfection is RARE and we shouldn't expect it. Good value if they hold up long enough.
I use these overboots in my pressure washing business so I'm happy that they are completely waterproof. I wear them over my lightweight mesh sneakers which I LEAVE inside the boot. It's sometimes a little tough to get my foot in that way but WAY easier than putting them on and off my sneakers each time. I'm a bit worried about their durability but you can't have it both ways - if it's more durable then you'd be very hard pressed to get them on and off of any shoe. You NEED the flexibility for easy on/off. That flexibility will mean the sole will wear out more quickly. BUT! I prefer this type of boot over other calf length rubber work boots that fit terribly. THAT pair of boots is on the shelf in the garage because of the pain and rubbing spots fro their inflexibility. The 'button' that snugs them around your pants is helpful but difficult/stubborn. People are like that too sometimes but ya just need to be patient. It does button but just not quickly/immediately. So, I'm patient and happy with these 'galoshes' as grandpa might say.

Great boots for a vet student
Im a vet student and needed over boots for many of my labs and clinical rotations. I was very nervous about ordering over boots because it seemed difficult to get a good fit. Many people told me to order larger than my normal shoe size. Another issue was that over boots were either too tall or too expensive! These boots were perfect. The price is excellent, the quality is very good (I've had them two years now and they are still holding up), and they fit very well. I would definitely order a size or two larger than what you need, but these are pretty easy to get on and off because the rubber is quite soft. I also like that this is a shorter style and I can tuck my coveralls right into them. I rarely use the button to hook them closed, but they stay of very well even when walking through mud. I also think these would be great for horse or small backyard farm owners who don't want to spend a ton on muck boots but need something to protect their feet. I've worn everything from sneakers to cowboy boots with these. I even once had to wear slip on shoes because I forgot my sneakers!

Rubber hits the road
Nice rubber, stretchable, easy to put on and take off. Given that the size is for a range of shoe sizes, I would recommend that if your shoe size is on the lower end of the range, purchase the next size down.
