Need 1/2 size larger to have a good fit.

Needed a 10.5 instead of a 10. Fit is ok, but need that 1/2 inch for heavy boot sock.

These are great boots for all day use!

To be honest I have already owned a pair of these boots, so it was no surprise to me when they arrived that I was able to wear them right away with out a brake in period. Sizing is spot for me, (US 10) The toe box is wide and roomy with a nice rubber over lay so you don't wear a hole in the leather, and you have the comfort of knowing you have a steel toe. The sole is more shoe like then boot so you have a comfortable fit all day, and I was able to wear them daily for a year as a mechanic as well as home projects before I wore through the outer layer of the sole. The heal is reinforced with an outer rubber heal cup which never broke down as I have had with other leather boots.

These are exceptionally comfortable, and they are a great insurance policy too. I have stepped on nails, and have yet to have one puncture all the way to my skin. My only complaint, which isn't probably fair, is the weight. The steel shank and toe the provide the protection do add quite a bit of weight, although you will quickly get used to it. Most definitely is worth it if you need protection from foot punctures or toe injuries. I've not had to test the electrical protection, thankfully, so I can't say either way on that.

good shoe

Great shoe just had a problem with the first pair sole coming apart at the side two months in. They didn't leak but to be safe I had amazon overnight another pair and sent these back free of charge. Just printed out the lable and taped iton the old packaging.

Comfortable

This is my second pair. My first ones are still good but my new job required black leather work boots, so I bought these because they are the only work boots I will buy. Comfortable comfortable comfortable, good for standing all day.

well made

They are very comfy....but when you see your feet with shoes ON, looks smaller and less wide. Not sure it make any difference because these are described as "WorkBoots" not party wear :)

Quality

I recevied these shoes they fit great but i have only had them for 4 months they are already coming apart i purchased them August 2013 i also work inside out of the weather. i am very disapointed due to the expense of the shoes and the quality rating by Timberland then 4 months later Dec 2013 i wanted to return them or just replace the shoes but it was already to late. they cost over 160.00 dollars very expensive shoes for only 4 months of service.
