There's a lot to like about these sunglasses and a few things that are less than ideal. The lens these come with and the frame are very nice and quite usable. However, I'm not keen on the mechanism to change out respective lens shades, at least one lens shoud've been polarized at this price, and I felt this kit should've come with a cleaning cloth. While I do recommend them, especially as a mid-tier option, I don't feel they warranty anything more than a 3 star rating and a characterization of being a nice set of sunglasses that will get the job done. Key Features: 1. In the kit you'll receive three lens shades. The darkest shade is best for very sunny, bright days; the medium, amber colored shade is good for cloudy, slightly overcast days with slight sun coverage; the clear shade is best for before sunrise, after sunset, and generally night conditions. I've used all three lens shades and they all perform quite well for their intended purpose. None of the lens shades are polarized and that's one of the reasons I reduced my rating. At retail and even the sales price for this kit, you really ought to be getting at least one polarized lens. I was aware of this of course, but still feel it's a negative. In addition to the above, you will experience some fogging in high humidity or when you're sweat profusely and leave these on while stopped. With that said, the cutouts do assist fogging quite well so fogging will be minimal in most cases and non existent at speed. Finally, optics are good to above average and in line for this price range. All three lens shades will generally provide you with a clear line of vision and do perform well. 2. The frame, nose piece and ear pieces, are all very comfortable and adjustable to fit your face. In terms of face shape, these will be perfectly fine for small to slightly above medium sized faces. On the other hand, I don't feel they'd work well if your face is very round and quite large( if you're on the upper end of a large in a helmet, look elsewhere). Also, the sunglasses overall, are very stable and well built. They're certainly on the lighter side so they will be flexible, but they're well built; no concerns. 3. Other than my contention this kit should come with a polarized lens and a cleaning cloth, my largest issue that led me to subtract stars is the changing mechanism for the lens shades. It's not ideal. Firstly, there is absolutely no way to avoid smudging your lens as you switch them out. When you grasp the top portion of the frame an then pull down on either bottom end to pop out a lens, there's just no way to avoid smudging the lens badly. Along with that, the lack of a cleaning cloth, makes the issue worse. Given, most people have a lens cloth at this point, but for me, that's just a lack of attention to detail and cheap. Finally, I feel strongly that over time, when popping the bottom portions of the lens out of the frame, one of the cutout portions is eventually going to deform, making it even more of a PITA to change lens. Overall, this is a nice kit. All three lens shades work quite well for their purpose. The frame is comfortable and well built. These are fairly light sunglasses and certainly seem to disappear during a ride. While they're not worth their retail cost, at anything under $55, you're getting a solid price for what you're getting. Having said that, I'm taking 2 stars from my rating because of the lack of a polarized lens option, the awkward lens change mechanism and lack of a cleaning cloth. Frankly, all three things should've been either more user friendly or included in the kit at what these retail for. So, I definitely feel comfortable recommending these, but don't pay retail and don't expect maximum user friendly features. Cheers!
