Excellent value for the money!

I purchased these for replacement of the shave plate on my Craftsman snow thrower. Aside from not having the large area base, they worked perfectly. I knew they weren't exactly the same when I ordered them, so that was expected. I just used washers to cover the base difference. Two of them were poorly crimped and the nylon insert came out, but for the price, it was well worth it. Sears wanted $3 each for their "official" replacement...

Magnetic is not Stainless!

Described as "stainless steels", but as received stop nuts have very high affinity for neodymium magnets (purchased on Amazon also). Are these zinc coated (ordinary) steel, Hillman 2992? What happened? High quality (high nickel content) truly stainless fasteners are non-magnetic.

Quality nuts with a Nylon insert to prevent loosening from vibrations. Worked perfectly to the addition to my Wanhao i3 3D printer stiffening project.
