Excellent sandal.
I was a Teva sandal wearer for years. My first pair lasted for exactly ten years. My second pair, similar to the Terra Fi, but an early 2000's model, fell apart before the two year mark. Both of these models were the most comfortable shoe I had ever worn. Period. However, frustrated by the poor quality of that latter pair and moving towards close-toed designs, I opted for a pair of Chacos. The Chacos were well made and an interesting design... in fact they were so well made they just haven't quit. I did notice the Chacos seemed increasingly to be pinching my footbed and I had gotten to the point where I just wanted a new pair of sandals and was moving back in favor of an open-toe design. Circa 2014 I found the Terra Fi Lite's here on Amazon and the reviews were excellent. I could sense from the photography that these sandals were a very similar design to the last pair of Teva's I had had and the Terra Fi's looked very comfortable. I ordered them. Well, let me tell you, this is an excellent sandal right out of the box. I picked up the neutral black color. The webbing features a deep, dark dye, and the black goes with any outfit. The nylon webbing on these sandals is thick and supportive. My size 11 fit is perfect. I wear an 11 in boots, sneakers, and these Teva's feel like a custom fit. Quality is excellent. The tread is aggressive and even this morning, out in a campsite, I was moving gear in and out of my truck and this sandals anchored my feet right into the soft mineral soil. The biggest deal however is the cushioning. As I have aged my feet have become very sensitive and I have a lot of problems with shoe comfort and might even be suffering the effects of an early-onset osteoarthritis on the footbed. In the course of my day I often carry a heavy backpack around +/- 15 pounds, and these Teva's support the weight of my pack and with each step I feel the cushioning effect on my footbed and it even feels like the cushioning radiates up into my knees! The cooling effect of the open toe is very appreciated in the triple digit heat where I live and work. Now, I have had these sandals for only about a week so I have no idea where the long-term quality is on these things. Will wait and see and update on Amazon if there are any problems. Hopefully that last pair of Teva's I had was an anomaly. My recommendation presently is... If you have foot issues, want an open-toed sandal, that is comfortable, supportive, looks good and breathes in the hot weather, you will not be disappointed with the Terra Fi's. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** 2017 Update... These sandals are everything I said they were but they started wearing through during the second summer (2015). I was able to get another year out of them but had worn holes in the tread by 2016 and now in 2017 they are being replaced with a pair of Teva Sandborn (sp?) sandals. These are continue to be the most comfortable shoes I own including my sneakers, boots, and other types of sandals but the quality of the tread/sole is garbage and I have little doubt I could probably wear through the sole on these things in one heavy year of use i.e. May - November. I am discontinuing purchasing of these sandals.

Jury still out on the new Tevas
I have been a huge fan of Teva sandals for as long as I can remember. They have always been my absolute favorite footwear for everything but the coldest months. I've had many, many pairs, but in general I wear each pair for so many years that they need to actually start falling apart for me to retire them. That speaks to their longevity as well. My last pair finally fell apart. So now I looked at getting a new pair. The choices were between the Terra Fi Lite and Terra Fi 3. I chose the Lite version after speaking with an agent on the Teva Live Chat who said the Lite was just lighter and slightly thinner, but would last as long as the 3. I think he was wrong about that, but more later. I wear a size 10 shoe, but I remember Tevas run smaller. I ordered a 9.5. I got them, and when the heel was properly situated in the heel cup, there was a full inch of sole extending beyond my toes. That simply will not do when scrambling on rocks, boulders, swimming, stream wading. I do not want to fall down. I have had Tevas too long before, and a long floppy toe is bad for off road (or stairs). I sent them back, ordering size 9 instead. Seriously? Still way too long. And I should note that with the Lite style, the sole is extremely rubbery and flexible, which would make that excess length a very noticeable problem. Speaking of that extremely rubber, flexible sole, the Lite is barely stiffer than a pair of $3 flip flops, so I worried about the longevity. So I sent them back because they were too big, and figured I would change the order to the Terra Fi 3, for that "extra thickness" which might provide a bit less of a cheap flip flop feel. I tried to order a size 8.5 in the 3 style, but apparently they only have full sizes below size nine. I am not brave enough to order an 8 in a shoe that runes between $80 and over $100. So I stuck with the Lite and got an 8.5 size. Unbelievable that a size 10 foot would need an 8.5 size sandal. I measured my feet the way Teva says to do it on their website, and that seems to reflect what I would have suspected based on previous Tevas I have owned, my foot measures out to what they say should be a 9 to a 9.5, but these new Tevas don't seem to reflect that they are labeled correctly. I honestly can't imagine that Teva is now making Sandals that are supposed to stick way out back and way out front like some anti-nimble sasquatch foot. So I'll see what the 8.5 brings, and then say whether or not we have a winner, or a change of direction.

Nice to find consistency
I have been wearing this style of Teva for longer than most have lived. I was shocked to find the sandals identical to the five year old pair held together with shoe goo. I have always found the straps to have an unpleasant feel on skin until the sandals are broken in. As far as delivery,,,, I received my order one week earlier than promised. I am pleased.

Teva sandals are strong and long lasting.
I like these Teva sandals because they are very comfortable, strong , long lasting and do not enclose ones feet and toes as ordinary shoes do. I wear them all the time within the house and for long walks outside in dry weather.

The product is great as I expected but the quality is little bit different as compare to my old teva sandal. But I knew tht quality are based on how much money you spent on the teva.

Fits comfortably, takes abuse, & if like my other Tevas, will last for many years
Fit mostly as expected (width seemed a little off/narrower at heel, but hey, I'm getting older...). This is my 3th or 4th pair of Teva sandals over last 20+ years. As usually, the feel of the fit is softer (the rubber/foam which prevent threads/seams from chaffing -- worth the extra coin), the rubber outsole has great traction, & the look is nice. This will likely be another pair that gets used hard in wet & dry conditions & will eventually, like those before it, be hard to part with! I've have only ever had one pair of sandals that fit better & survived longer than my Tevas -- an old N*rthface sandal (had a single strap that wrapped around foot & tightened all in one strap) that appears to no longer be made -- thus my second best brand is now my first choice best sandal brand. Update: Now that I have worn these awhile, I am reducing from four stars to two because the threading, & plastic reinforcements, on these sandals have been scratching me like Tevas have never before. Wearable still but am disappointed as I now want a different pair...
