I've used it once, and I believe it will get the job done beautifully. It's just the right length. I am using it on my horses halter under his bridle as I ride. It's just what I was looking for.

Good enough

I needed a lead with a chain in my horse trailer. I already had a chain, just needed the lead. I prefer cotton to nylon or poly rope. This is not great, but good enough for what I needed at a reasonable price.

Great lead

This lead has been great. I have purchased other cotton leads and my horse has chewed thru them. This one has held up well and still looks new. I have now purchased a second one to replace another lead that did not hold up.

Nice for price

Wanted a slip lead for a dog between house & yard~ works great! I tied a know just before end with leather straps for better grip/ surety. Little bit of sun fade on black but great investment!

Longer than what I am used to but the length is actually very handy. I love it. Soft, durable and sleek. I used it every day.

8-Foot, Not 10-Foot

The description is off as both of ours arrived and were definitely not the length stated. We measured them and they were. Ith 8-feet long. They work fine but if you're needing the extra length for ground work, etc., this one might come up short.

Soft, Flexible, Just the right length

I ordered two different brands of leads to try them out. I much preferred the feel and length of this brand. I have used it extensively already and it still looks brand new.

Excellent quality, just needs a clip, which I will add. Other then that, it is soft, quality and authentic.

I do not like the materials that leads are now made from; good old cotton is the best imo!
