Must Have Mug

I just love these so much. My husband bought me another HP design on this exact type of Tervis mug type and I use it so much (for not being much of a coffee drinker) I knew I needed a second. Love the product Tervis makes. The outside never burns, even when the inside does! It's light and doesn't seem like it should be such a sturdy cup but it totally is - very dependable, easy to clean, easy to use, well insulated, quality product. Great for hot or cold liquids. It's as easy as a regular mug with just a bit of added protection with the easy to pop on lid, and simple open/close drink hole. (Buys me just enough time to save it from my handsy 1 yo without great commotion / spill ). Plus - so cute, love the design. If I am being picky I'm not sure why there are 2 snakes on it, unless they are using the same snake to represent the basilisk and Nagini, but besides that and a couple snitches I was pleased without any other significant repetition on the design (only 1 of each character).

Buy this cup!!

OMG this cup so far is awesome. I have used the cup with my Keurig for hot water. I have used the cup with cold drinks. So far it is holding together well. I have not seen any damage from hot or cold drinks. The image is good quality. No flaking from the image. The lid is easy to drink from and will not let any escaping beverage slip behind the lid. I haven't dropped it but tipping it doesn't appear to spill the last drops in the bottle. I was carrying it one day with other things. It was "empty" but I tipped it sideways and the last bit of liquid did not fall out. You can close the lid too. I would buy another cup of this style from this company. The cup came quick and in perfect condition. It is my favorite of the three new cups I just bought.

I love it but...

This bottle is my best friend. I take it with me everywhere and I love that it fits in my car cup holder. I love the sports top it's easy to drink out of and for the most part it keeps my drinks cold. I never put anything hot in it, I love in Florida and don't drink coffee, I strictly use this for iced water. This bottle is also pretty strong, I dropped it on my driveway getting out of my car and it rolled under another car. I thought that was it but when I finally got it, other than some scuff marks it was intact! The only thing I don't like about the bottle is the condensation forever trapped in between the layers. But since I got a bottle with a design it's not as apparent. My husband had a clear bottle and that one looks awful, it's fogged up now, just looks ugly.

Love it

It doesn’t keep your coffee hot very long ends up a cool warmth within an hour but I didn’t really buy it for that purpose. I love Harry Potter and hate mugs but also hate stainless steel tumblers because I get a metallic taste in my mouth when using them. It’s very durable, my son knocked it down a flight of stairs half full, the lid didn’t pop off to my surprise and it barley leaked anything out while laying there til I got to pick it up. Didn’t crack or anything so I’m happy about it. I’ve had it about 2 months now, and it’s definitely my favorite coffee tumbler. Looking for some new ones from Tavris to please my inner nerdy coffee enthusiast lol

Nice Mug - Not Insulated

This is a nice mug for normal use, but if you are looking for an insulated mug to keep coffee or tea hot, look elsewhere. The mug kept my coffee hot only a fraction of the time a stainless steel insulated mug would do. I will keep this one because I have already used it, but the other one I ordered will be returned.

Great cup. Delivered without lid.

**update: received replacement with lid and the cup is awesome. Took a star off bc incomplete item was sent the first time and I had to mess with returns and replacements, but the process was smooth and quick. ********************** Super disappointed. Love the cup, it’s great, but it came without a lid. I’m so disappointed as this was for a birthday gift and a replacement will not arrive on time. So 2 stars bc the cup is great, but no lid makes it useless for an 8 year old. Requested a replacement. Will update when it gets here.

This cup is pure magic!

My life before this cup was hard. My mother was a house elf with terrible, contagious lice and my dad was a rat who liked to twerk and also had contagious lice. My dad also has diarrhea a lot and the twerk disease. I never got my letter from Hogwarts and was outraged! I was expecting it when I turned 11 and now I am an 89 year old woman. Ever since I bought this cup I have had beautiful twerking sessions with my dad. Because of this cup I am no longer sad. I have hope that I'll get my letter and I'll proudly twerk my way to Hogwarts. Thank you, Tervis, for giving this old elfin rat-lady hope again. Even my lice are happier and more hydrated.

Great for Harry Potter fans

Packaging was only plastic wrap so there were some scratches on the item. Fine for personal use but don't know if I would give it as a gift. If packaging was better I would give it a 5 star. Seems to be well made and definitely nice looking.

Nice finish and keep beverage hot for a long period

It was a gift for my wife. She loves it. It has a very good finish. It is so good to keep things warm that you have to be careful not to burn your lips after pouring some hot tea and waiting for more than 30min.

Strong Bottle

Larger than expected

Bought these for my kids, really hard to find mugs that aren’t breakable. Thought these were perfect, turns out they we’re larger than I realized. They work great, just put less in them.
