easy way to make a Trellis for beans

Perfect for dahlias
I put it up a little late but was able to get it over the blooms and pulled pretty tight and didn't have any toppled flowers even after a wind storm

Strong mono-filament netting with welded/molded cross points...works well for our needs.
This product worked perfectly for our purpose. We needed a lightweight barrier that would not shade the garden, would be easy to put up and take down so we could plow mulch under in the fall, and then till in the spring, but would be just enough to keep the dogs from walking through the garden. We didn't need a hard permanent barrier, just enough to visually define the garden for them. It's harder to tell a dog "This dirt you may walk upon, but this dirt you may not..." than it is to tell them "When you see this, none shall pass..." I also wanted enough left over to trellis the cucumbers. The netting is just that, heavy monofilament with strong welded joints, with enough stretch to pull it tight between T-posts. The holes in the netting are about 5x5". It doesn't tangle easily. It came folded in quarters lengthwise, then rolled up. It was simple to unroll and use folded in half lengthwise for the dog barrier, but tall enough when spread out completely to trellis the cucumbers. Would buy this again.

Doesn't tangle easily; does the job
This arrived today and it was wound up neatly, so it was easy to unroll without tangling. In fact this netting doesn't tangle much at all, I've used it before. It's easy to roll or fold up at the end of the season and unroll again the next spring. It lasts several years, and could probably last longer if you're careful with it. Years ago I used a softer, woven, net, which was always a tangled mess. If I could find a biodegradable, natural fiber trellis netting, I would buy that instead. For what this is, it works. I'd have given this 5 stars except for the fact that it's thin plastic, and after a few years it'll get thrown away and probably end up trapping an animal's wings or fins, as happens with 6-pack connectors. I wish at least it were thicker so you could get more years of use out of it, ultimately throwing away fewer of them.

Tough material, easy to use
Using for horizontal trellis for peas, cukes, and sesame. Metal T posts in corners so the net doesn’t slide up or down. As plants grow I’ll add more layers of mesh as needed. Can pull taut without breaking

Durability quality of product outstanding
Holds up to the elements . You get what you pay for not a 1season use roll it up for next grow monofilament only way to go don't waste your time and money on nylon.

So far so good, looks like it will hold everything I want it to do provided I've given it the necessary support for the qukes and squash that started growing in it. I have it in direct sunlight, all day exposure, so sunlight may play a roll in it's longevity, that's why I only graded it a four stars. You can't tear it by hand, seems tough.

Very tall, strong and durable
I've used this for pole beans this year and so far have been very pleased. Since I leave a gap at the bottom, the trellis reaches a full 8 feet, I finally have a trellis tall enough for them to grow and sprawl on. The netting is very strong, I plan to use it in future for all my vining crops--cucumbers, vining peas, etc. The netting is made from some kind of plastic unlike other trellises I've used made from string/twine. I expect this to last much longer, the twine would fray and break over time.. Very good price for the amount of netting.

Received damaged with broken mesh pieces
Very disappointed in this product. Way too expensive for what you get. The plastic material is very thin, flimsy with zero strength or structure. Right out of the bag, there were 3 broken squares side by side in the middle of the mesh. Didn't look like they broke under pressure, but like someone had cut them. So I'm thinking I got a returned item or an item that didn't pass quality control.

EAsy to work with
Over the years I have bought possibly kilometers of trellis netting from local nurseries and home improvement shops; mostly they were garbage, hopelessly tangled & stuffed into a plastic bag, frail plastic that breaks easily and ragged edges making it hard to tell which is side and which is end. This product is very neatly folded into a flat package. It unrolls easily and without tangling so it was a breeze measuring off lengths and cutting the desired amount for each job. It is fairly strong and I stretched out a total of about 120 ft along my deck and over the top without any breaks. The openings are about 5" which is just the right size for most vines and vegetables like peas. Overall far superior to anything I have ever found locally. Another customer mentions that it is not nearly 250' in length. I have used about 75' and the remaining role still looks quite thick but I haven't measured. I will certainly order this one the next season I need more

Hortanova netting
Received in a timely manner in orginal packaging. It was listed as an overstock so discounted. Have not actually used it as it is winter in Canada but have no doubt it will meet expectations

Good value.
Works well for trellising vegetables. It’s hard to find small amounts of trellis that are this high, so I’ll be purchasing again.
