Really soft.

Not so sure I agree with the cooling part but it's not hot. Soft , so soft I hate to put a cover on it. May but another one and just change and wash them when I switch out sheets.

Good not great

So I have several Tempur Pedic pillows and pillow cases. The biggest benefit to the Tempur-pedic pillows is not just the memory foam which is amazing but the cooling effect of the pillows have my first pillow was the cloud breeze I’ve had it for about a year it’s a special size it’s not quite a king it’s not quite a queen so I decided to go ahead and get a king as I am a 300 pound bodybuilder. I got this pillowcase to go on my new king Tempur-pedic pillow which is awesome and comes with a really crappy thin cotton pillowcase which I didn’t realize I thought I was actually getting an extra pillowcase like the one that I bought here now this pillowcases extremely soft fits the pillow perfectly but it does not have the cooling effect that other Tempur-pedic pillows and pillowcases have I have to flip it multiple times a night in the winter it’s not a problem but now that spring is here I am now using my other pillow because I wake up with a sweaty neck so I went ahead and bought some silk pillow Pillowcases a high thread count with a high thickness and I put it on that large king Tempur-pedic pillow and it’s amazing they sell them on Amazon I think it’s called Gymboree or something like that but it’s got a zipper and so this pillowcase isn’t a bust but if you get hot when you sleep this is definitely not going to be the pillowcase that you want to use your round the silk however is and nothing beats a Tempur-pedic pillow. I guess the synopsis of this is if you can afford to have multiple pillowcases then go ahead and grab this it’s very very soft and very comfortable as long as it’s not the warmer time of the year if you’re on a budget and you don’t want to have to have summertime pillowcases and winter time pillowcases then I would skip this and go straight to the silk which is fantastic and works fantastic on the cooling pillows.

Great for my Tempurpedic pillows

Great protector for our new Tempur pillows. My husband has a high profile pillow and I have a low, so even though both are queen size they look a bit different. This protector fit both (though it’s roomier on mine) and will keep our expensive pillows clean when used with a regular pillow case. I also like that it masks the light blue swirly lines on the pillows themselves which showed through our white pillow cases. We have the Cloud Pro + Cooling pillows which are only sold in Tempur stores. Also, there is no discernible difference in comfort, conforming, or heat when adding this protector. I thought the price on Amazon was excellent too.

Very soft but absolutely NOT WATERPROOF

This will work very well for a pillowcase only type use but it is absolutely not waterproof and still requires a waterproof cover underneath if you want to protect your pillow long term... i have had other tempur-pedic water proof protectors and knew the second i opened this it wasn't.. to test my theory i simply poured a small amount of water on it and my hand immediately got wet on the opposite side of the material... as for the zipper complaints that i don't know yet as i haven't used it long enough. I will keep it though because it looks nice and is comfortable to sleep with.

Quality looks great

No issues with quality and the zipper is fine. I kept seeing reviews that the zipper was cheaply made but I am very satisfied with this products quality.

It's easy to clean and doesn't take long to dry

I fall asleep instantly with this thing on my Tempurpedic. I can't tell if it's because of the pillow or the pillow case. This is the softest and coziest thing I've slept on in a while. It's easy to clean and doesn't take long to dry. Stains seem to come out really easily as well. Pro: Soft Textured Warm Con: I wish I had ordered more than one. Zipper feels a bit flimsy If this review isn't edited in 6 months or by next year then that means that the zipper doesn't break or is pretty durable.

Quality and Comfortable

This pillow protector is made with quality, and is thick & comfortable. It fits a queen a Tempur-Pedic pillow size queen perfectly, and it's slightly big for a standard size pillow (although still works fine). The price was well under retail stores like Kohls.
