One of the few with GOOD ocean waves!
This is my third one of these. The first died after, like, 4 years of using it almost nightly, and the second I bring on trips. Finally replaced the home one, and I had no idea how much I had missed my little "Ocean Sounds!" The speaker section can fold down into the main section with a big of a twist, which is good if you bring it traveling. This is a very long lasting little guy that I always turn off myself in the mornings, with a powerful speaker that increases the volume without popping noises or distortion. It can get surprisingly loud, even to where I can't have a conversation -- can definitely help with my thin walls and rowdy neighbors. I like that there are such a wide variety of sounds, but the ocean is best for me. I've tried apps and some others, but the recording is usually right next to the water so there's louder plopping water noises. Not this one! Just the serene in and out whoosh of waves like you're on a beach yourself. We got spoiled on having noises from the real thing while on a cruise, and it was surprisingly calming and relaxing, so I got this white noise machine. This is honestly one of my favorite Amazon purchases.

Great for travel
I’ve waited until I traveled with this little gem several times to share my thoughts. I tried out seven portable sound machines and this one made the cut to accompany me on my journeys. There are pros & cons, but the pros definitely win! Pros: + 11 non-looping sounds (though I use only 2) + tiny size & light weight + power on with toggle switch (rather than push button), so it can’t accidentally turn on in bag + sturdy box doubles as carry case + no glowing light while noises play + directional speaker + charge lasts more than two full nights + charge & use simultaneously if needed + forward and reverse through the sounds (some other machines go only one direction) + bonus that I didn’t think I’d care about: Bluetooth speaker that’s decent Cons: + no low-battery indicator (why I charged it before the third night) + manufacturer doesn’t provide a track list of all the sounds + tiny buttons + some sounds don’t achieve a high enough volume In a solid month on-the-go, I used this machine in 15 different hotels and it was great everywhere. Only woke up one time (early in trip) to a dead battery so began charging every second or third day. Once I found the sounds I liked, I stuck with them (machine remembers last sound played). Won’t travel without it now. And if the manufacturer could add low-battery indicator and a track list, I’d say this machine was 100% perfect.

Fabulous tiny white noise machine and speaker!!!
Amazing simple, powerful, white noise machine and bluetooth speaker. My partner and I sleep with one on each side and it blocks snoring, and the city noises outside. I love this speaker and travel with it whenever I travel. Staying in a hotel last night and people outside were making a racket until 230am... I just turned up the noise on my speaker and drowned out all the noise of their voices and fell asleep. As an audio speaker it's satisfactory... perfect for a travel sized tiny speaker. Highly recommend. This is the 4th one I've purchased. I have a travel one on stand by, two in the bedroom, and the first one I bought which had the old micro usb so I upgraded.

Don’t leave home without it!
For years, we brought our full-sized white noise machine with us on trips, to ensure we got the same quality sleep we get at home. We bought this on a whim after it was featured on some BuzzFeed list of travel necessities, and it has been a game changer. I never realized how crucial it was until we spent a night in a hotel and forgot it… We both woke up the next morning pretty un-rested, and immediately came here to buy a backup to keep in the car. We won’t make that mistake again!

GREAT for Travel! And pretty powerful for such a small speaker! But...
Funny enough, I bought this for my dog for travel. When I travel with my pup, he tends to wake me up at night and early morning when he hears other people moving about. This little speaker packs a HUGE punch---super loud for such a little speaker. And has a ton of different sound modes (altho tbh, you dont need that many--I just shuffle between two of the white noise sounds.) And super convenient for travel. THIS HAS HELPED GREATLY. (Hardly) any more barking wakeups!! My one disappointment here is that within a very short amount of time, the charging port doesnt really work well anymore... I now have to bend the cord weird and wrap it around the unit to even get the charging light to lite up.

I had this speaker before and loved it, especially the ocean waves setting for sleeping, but through travel it quit working by getting battered in my luggage after a three week trip through Europe. I repurchased and love that the new version comes with a travel case and USB charger. It serves as a Bluetooth speaker and a white noise machine for sleeping.

Just right for travel
The media could not be loaded. This tiny little sound machine and Bluetooth speaker is exactly what I had hoped it would be. It's small enough to be popped into hand luggage without adding any appreciable weight and it's about the same size as a single pot of moisturiser. The white and brown noises are subtly different from each other. Some pulsate slowly, most are continuous sounds. The volume of each sound varies a little, but that is easily adjusted to suit your preferences, using the volume buttons. The Bluetooth works well. The device paired almost instantly with my Samsung phone and the sound from the speaker is clear. It can reach a surprisingly loud volume, considering its diminutive size. Previously I used to take a sound machine and a separate Bluetooth speaker on holiday and together they took up a fair bit of space (not to mention weight) in my bag. With this little chap I have both functions in one tiny device. So, I'm very happy with this little device so far. I've only owned it for less than a day, so if anything changes I'll come back and amend the review.

Brilliant 2 in 1 gadget
I really like this product. Before I was carting about a noise machine and a Bluetooth speaker and now I just need this. Now admittedly the speaker isn’t the same quality as the larger Bluetooth speaker, but it’s perfectly adequate for a hotel room. The sounds that are generated are good quality, the wave sounds are good but not perfect, sometimes they have a weird moment. But, for the convenience and size of the device I’m very happy.

Stopped working!
Great sound machine for just over a month. Then it stopped working. Tried different cables just in case that was the problem. It wasn’t. The returns window has closed. So now I have the sound of silence. Not impressed!

Life Saver!
Our children have become accustom to falling a sleep with a fan on due to the warm climate. Since it cooled down using a real fan wasn't possible. This is spot on for fan noise, easy to travel with, and while we don't use the other noise options there are plenty.
