I am a fan

I like Bodum double walled products. They are fragile and will fracture easily. The broken pieces are extremely sharp. Just ask the my other half. I like them as they do not sweat, hot or cold. These will fit a one can of your favorite beverage with a little ice. The smooth feel of glass is great, as opposed to a ceramic mug. Easy to see if you’re done a good job of washing, as they quite clear. A little fragile, so use some precaution. Do not throw ice into them when empty…… That’s it

Terrible Bodum and Amazon packaging!

The coffee mugs look good, seem like a quality product but haven’t used them. Bodum packs these mugs in flimsy board paper about the thickness of a FedEx overnight envelope which may be okay if taking them off the shelf at a home goods store but not for shipping. No bubble wrap between or inside the mugs. They are a gift to be given and frankly, people at Amazon who package glassware by throwing a poorly packaged product in a carton with a couple air pillows should be fired!!! Their motto should be: “We don’t care and it shows!” From improperly packaged products to leaving cartons out in the rain with no plastic bag is all the evidence needed. I gave the Bodum mugs 3 stars because they look adequate. No rating for Amazon!!

Loved these cups!

Very nice looking cups, they do well in the dishwasher, no scratches at all! Would definitely recommend.

Unpleasant purchase

for such money, the manufacturer's packaging should be better, it was damaged. one cup was sticking to the box. a few cups are scratched.

Great all around, everyday mugs

This review is for the "old school" single-walled glass mugs, not the double-walled ones. Nice, heavy glass mugs of a familiar style that will fit into any kitchen. I really love being able to see what's in the cup. These are heavy and substantial in the hand, with a nice quality feel to them. Surprisingly tough and resilient, considering they're made of glass. They take hot and cold liquids like a champ, and come out of the dishwasher looking perfect. What more do you want? As has been pointed out, yes, there are seams along the edge of the handle and the opposite side, where two halves were obviously slapped together. So what? People who whine about this and complain how it hurts their delicate little hands crack me up. Look, I'm a bit on the nit-picky side in general, and honestly, given the very reasonable price of these mugs, I. could. not. care. less. about this. Doesn't bother me one bit. If I want fancy, I totally understand that I should expect to pay for fancy. These are not fancy, just very nice everyday use mugs. Highly recommended!

Smaller than advertised

These are not 12 oz. As you can see in the pic of the box they came in -- they are just regular 10 oz. cups. Sent back. This product is still listed as single wall 12 oz. online. This needs to be corrected to 10 oz.

Purchased single and double wall mugs

SINGLE GLASS MUGS: These are a keeper. Handles are smooth. Comfortable to hold, which seems to be a rarity on glass mugs. Bought 2 other types (Libbey & Duralex) where the handles are torture to hold. Now waiting Bodum Bistro double wall mugs to arrive. DOUBLE WALL MUGS 10oz: These are wonderful. My favorite of the 4 different types of glass mugs I've purchased. I have only washed by hand so can't comment on washing in dishwasher. The handles have no seam, they're not too heavy, and the size is perfect. Highly recommend.

Great mugs with a nice handle.

Very chic modern mug. I ordered these as a gift and the first shipment that arrived was not broken but the product (display) box that hold the mugs was in shambles. I couldn’t even lift the mugs out by holding the box. I didn’t feel that I could give it as a gift in such terrible condition. I messaged Amazon and was sent a replacement set in a much better box. The mugs are nice to hold and feel sturdy. My friend loved them.

Nice glass mugs - good value

Really love these! I wanted a glass mug for my Nespresso. Sometimes I like my Nespresso black and a glass cup/mug makes the coffee more enjoyable. Visually it is more appealing with the crema sitting on top and it tastes nicer. I searched all over Amazon for some good value glass mugs. When I came across these I was surprised by the low number of reviews but reading further there was a couple of negative ones that were old and out of date. (These mugs are also sold individually on Amazon with over 170+ reviews and mainly positive.) Another reason I purchased these mugs is that alot of reviews for double walled glass cups/mugs seem to suggest that the insulation in the double wall may get damaged over time. The mugs themselves are made from thick glass which hopefully make them more durable. The handle is large with the mug itself heavy enough. In some reviews some people complain about the joining line on each side of the mug and on the inside of the handle. Some people don't like that look nor the feel of the handle. Personally I don't mind either. These mugs hold 350ml. The attached photo shows two Nespresso lungo's (110ml each). Total 220ml with crema on top. Enough space to add some hot milk if wanted. (Also I purchased a returned set from Amazon Warehouse. In perfect condition. Saved a few pounds.)

Really nice.

Really good quality, but of course they are Bodum. Thick glass, so not likely to chip. Can be stacked, just about. Good price. Good volume for drinks. Dishwasher safe. Green Tea looks amazing in them.

Good quality but lacks finesse

These are solid mugs. But the handles can dig into your skin at times when you drink it. Hence the 4 star review. These are good value and sturdy but they do attract fingerprints like a magnet and are a bit uncomfortable to hold. So please bare that in mind.
