Great customer service!
This is update to my previous 1 star review. My previous rating was base on the product page on Amazon, not on product itself. Due to lack of photo from back of the product, I bought it, assuming that I can connect wires to switches. I returned the product since I couldn't use it. The seller processed my refund quickly and informed me that Amazon did the product page and they don't let them to make changes to product page like adding more photos to avoid confusion for shoppers like me. Their customer service is amazing and they are very kind. The product itself looks nice, heavy duty, and water proof. I just wasn't able to use it to comment on the quality.

NO INSTRUCTIONS WORTH THE NAME "INSTRUCTIONS"
After tearing out what little hair I have left, I finally figured out how to install this sucker. Whoever manufacturers this cover (which is somewhat unique) was obviously unable to fully describe the steps for installation translated from Mandarin to English. Anyhow, since there are little alternatives this is what I finally figured out and it worked. Start with two Decora lights switches. (These have many alternate names including decorator, designer, rocker, paddle, block, flat or wide switches although most commonly referred to as a Decora switch.) First install the switches into the box but here please note that the switch has two openings (holes) at the top and bottom. Also note that the paddle on the box should be in the same position as the "paddle" on the switch. (At least I think that this is right as it worked for me. Now, the outside hole (both at the top and bottom) of each switch is not threaded. The holes closer to the center of the switch are threaded and I will explain the purpose for this. First install the switches with a screw through the unthreaded holes in the switches. When you do this, make sure that you look at the threaded hole and imagine a screw through this hole and make sure that a screw will have clearance. Once you have carefully installed the four screws through the switch into the box and they are tight and there will be clearance when a screws passes out of the threaded hole take the cover and first install one screw and black rubber "whatchamacallit" into one of the holes and match it up with a threaded hole in the switch but don't fully tighten at this point. Then repeat this with the other switch so the box cover is held in place with two screws. This will approximately line up for the second screws in the cover to be inserted into the second of the threaded holes in the switch. The tighten up all of the four screws making sure that the box cover is securely against the box. When you tight up the second set of screws this will pull the switch paddle tightly against the paddle on the box cover and God willing they will work. I hope this is clear and if not try translating into Mandarin.

Switch cover looks nice and works pretty good
Works but i have to push the switches quite a bit harder to activate the switches inside the box. Not realizing this i thought i had a defective ceiling fan. If you’re a little tough with your switches normally you’ll be fine.

Needs tweaking to work with smart switches
So all the switches are smart switches, and I needed a way to protect them outside. At first these did not work. They are designed for positive contact in either direction. Smart switches need a temporary tap up or down... If you are handy and willing to void the warranty, you can remove the outside plastic toggle. Inside you will see a metal piece that comes out with needle nose pliers. Then sanding off the nubs that also hold it in position finishes the customization. It takes a little thought and finesse and again will void the warranty. The great part is that I did not touch the actual rubber membrane so my switches are safe and operate as designed. Final disclaimer, I am in Arizona where it does not rain as much. After the adaptation I really like the look of these switches and they operate perfectly.

Just what I needed
I have a pair of white Dacor style switches for the bath fan and heater a little too close to my master bath shower. If you try, you can reach them from inside the shower. I installed a door that opens from the far side, but still, not exactly ok. This cover does the job of making an electric shock impossible, while not looking ridiculous. They're actually identical to the original switches visibly (save for the non-white screws). They are a bit stiff to actuate as I've read, so I hope there won't be any longevity problems, that's the reason for the deduction in star rating. But overall, exactly what I've been searching for.

goes on almost as easy as a regular cover plate, super simple, just hits the switches behind them, very well thought out
