Hole in shirt after one wear! LAmade does not respond to customer service complaints

The tomato color appears red-orange on my monitor, but is more of a pinky coral in person. I'm very disappointed. After washing in cold water and air drying, then wearing ONCE to my (not strenuous!) job at a library for a few hours, this top developed a hole in the middle of the waist area- a problem I've had with other shirts before (especially cheap ones), but not after one wear! I also purchased LAmade's women's boyfriend pocket tank and had the exact same problem, again after one wear. This really shouldn't be happening with shirts at this price point, especially considering I baby all of my clothing (I always wash on cold and air dry, and my clothes generally last a long time). I emailed their customer service about a month ago and have heard NOTHING. I was hoping a company that manufactured in the US might be a bit more responsive to their customers, but alas, the search for well-made tanks and tees continues... Here's the email I sent: I was happy to find a clothing company that manufactured in the US and had good reviews online from its customers. I try to buy as ethically as possible, and am willing to pay a higher premium for better quality and from a company with good work and environmental practices. I purchased a woman's boyfriend tank from Amazon on May 24th, and a v pocket tee on May 17th. I washed them both in mild detergent in cold water, then air dried them as directed. I wore each for only a five hour shift where I work at a library (which is not exactly hard on clothing!), and BOTH ended up with holes near the bottom hems after one short wear each. I've had t-shirts from Target and Old Navy hold up much longer-- and I expect much better at this price point. I've attached pictures of the holes on both of the shirts as well as screenshots of my orders placed on Amazon. Please help, I'd like to believe that your company can do better!

Great shirt, love the color

Great shirt, love the color. Material is lightweight but not too much so, it's not transparent nor tissue paper thin. Would be great for layering or else alone in warmer months. Fits well -except- that it is just a bit too low cut for me (I'm slender/average up top). I prefer scoop or else V neckline, but those that dip way down just don't work for me. Which is too bad, because I really like it and would otherwise order more in other colors. As it is, it has to go back. I'm 5'6, 125-130, usually wear sm/med/6, and mostly size small in t-shirts. Based on other reviews I ordered med in this and fit would've been perfect if not for the too low cut.

Overpriced, but still nice

This is a nice shirt, the material is soft and livable. But lets be real, people. At the end of the day this is just a long white t-shirt that you could get somewhere else for a ten spot. Would I buy it again, probably not, but now that I own it I wear it often.

Best Tee

I love this tee. The length, the cut, the color. I’m ordering a few more because they are so comfy and versatile! I sized up for a more oversized look but otherwise these fit true to size!

They don’t last

I loved the feel and fit of this shirt. My only complaint is after wearing it about 3 times I noticed a hole by the pocket. This is my third shirt and all 3 have done the exact same thing. Bummed because I really like the shirt.

This is perfect. I'm 5'4

I really just wanted a decent, easy-fitting comfy pocket tee that didn't look cheap. This is perfect. I'm 5'4, 117 lbs, with 32DDs, and a small fit just right. Not snug but a flattering cut that shows I have a shape... and soft. I will wear this to the office and on weekends. Exactly what I was looking for (and under $15!!!). I will definitely be getting more colors.

Absolutely perfect tee

I love everything about this tee. If you prefer your shirts on the longer side and want something that is tailored, yet not too clingy, then this tee is perfect. Great basic tee and great quality. This isn't one you'll want to tuck in to anything (due to length), but I can see myself wearing it with leggings and jeans all the time.

Best T-Shirt Ever

I own four of these t-shirts now - they are worth every penny. I have a couple that I bought in 2013 that I still wear - they have held up that well, without any pilling, stretching or fading. Phenomenal quality, great fit, great shirt!
