Fell apart the 1st time I wore it!

I’ve had this awhile and finally got it out to wear and it LITERALLY fell apart while I was wearing it. All I did was adjust it to straighten it on my body and it ripped! And continued to do so! I’ve never had anything like this EVER happen before. I hadn’t even washed it yet! I have extreme concerns that this is actually a Puma product. I have a good variety of Puma clothing & have never had a problem with the quality before. I’m sure it’s too late to return this item unfortunately, because I waited so long to wear it.
