Finally, I can take off the sweater or hoodie
I always need long sleeve shirts for layering, as I live in a cold climate. Long sleeved tees. in particular, usually fit my rounded pear shape terribly! If I get it big enough to not display every dimple on my belly, the chest is fit for a linebacker and I look like a barrel, plus the sleeves go past my hands. I had just done several returns when I received these. I’d chosen the Deep Dive and White in my usual size, 2X. I was hanging them up when my mom walked in. She said, “These look like they will fit you!” I was skeptical, but I tried one on and didn’t want to take it off. It has a flattering yet relaxed (not oversized) fit. It’s comfortable… neither tight nor boxy. The slight flare at the bottom is undetectable, on. No bell tunic today! I am used to getting hot indoors because I don’t want to take off my sweater or hoodie. This shirt can actually be worn in its own. It’s simple and casual, but flattering, and I don’t have to pay $35 for a t-shirt. I want to order them in all my light and bright colors (I have a white cat, so I don’t wear dark unless it’s basically spandex). Because of the Layaway opinion, it’s doable. It made my day to have something fit the first time. I usually hang dry my tees so I don’t dry stains in, but I may try a 3X, in case they shrink, and see how it fits sometime. The 2X fits perfectly, how it is. I like how my JMS fleece hoodies are sized, too. No more ordering regular shirts with plus size labels. These are made to fit real women. Because these shirts are made with room to move, they won’t fit under a dress or tailored shirt in Winter. Maybe if I go down a size. That’s ok because I have a lot of tees that were too tight, so I kept them to use as undershirts. This goes under vests, hoodies, cardigans…anything that’s not tight in the arms. The trim around the neck is not too wide to wear under a nice casual blouse. It was a missing piece in my wardrobe. Glad I found these! P.S. DISREGARD area 1-5 star ratings, ignore them. I initially reviewed the wrong item and I am not able to redo those ratings.

Nice Shirt but Colors Are Too Limited
I love this shirt. I'm Cherokee, so I don't fit the average body form that most mass produced clothing is designed for. My ribcage is broader, my waist is shorter, and so are my arms. My shoulders are broad, and after almost 40 years using a wheelchair, they've grown even wider. This shirt fits me perfectly. It's probably longer on me than it is on the model, but I like it. My shoulders and ribs aren't pinched, and the sleeves are only a little past my wrists. Most long sleeved shirts hang a few inches past my fingertips, so I have to roll them up, but not these. I would buy more, but I don't like the too-bright, stereotypically 'feminine" colors! I can't stand pink, and I'm not too fond of purple, either. White stains too easily. The turquoise is too bright, but the navy is too dark. What about soft denim blue? Or forest green? Since I'm an older lady, I really like shades of gray to go with my hair! If you're trying to sell to women, why are you only offering these in little girl colors? So I got just got black. I might buy another, because I really like the shirt and it wouldn't hurt to have 2 black ones. But if they came in a variety of adult colors, I'd buy one of each.

Great pull-on top
I have used JMS for my go-to t-shirts. Some have come back a bit heavier than this particular one. It's a bit 'lighter' (sheer) than others I have received, but still covers will and is comfy.

Runs small
I ordered my normal size. It was way too small. Ordered 2 times larger. After washing, it fits fine. Very soft and comfortable.

I take a 3X and ordered a 5X, so I could sleep in it comfortably. This 5X is almost skin tight! And I don't know about it being 100% cotton. It has a synthetic vibe to it and is kind of too THIN and STRETCHY to be 100% cotton. I hope it doesn't shrink after I wash and dry it! I guess you get what you pay for...

Order two sizes larger as shirt is a small make and will shrink in the wash.
I just received my order of two of these shirts and am fairly happy with them. The material is a tad thicker than most of my t-shirts. Overall the shirt is comfortable and the fabric breathable. Note that sizing is way off on this item. I read several reviews saying the same before purchasing and ordered a 3X to make sure it fit. In real clothes I take 1X, and in T-shirts or pajamas sometimes a 2X. The shirt is very wide and boxy on the shoulders and upper arms, but narrows in at the waist. I ordered these to wear around the house with pajama pants so wanted a looser fit. If I had ordered true to size these shirts would be very tight around my middle. If this shirt does shrink a bit in the dryer it will be a perfect fit. These shirts are not overly pretty, mostly due to the fit, but certainly serve the purpose for which I purchased them. I will post a later update once I wash and dry these shirts but for now would purchase them again, and recommend to others as around-the-house shirts with with a note to size up. If the sleeves had cuffs to keep them up while cooking or doing dishes this shirt would be perfect. UPDATE: I washed and dried these shirts and they shrunk a LOT. Right now they fit perfectly, not boxy at all. Based on this I reccomend purchasing two sizes up, not just one. I hope these shirts do not continue to shrink with each wash, as I won't be able to continue wearing them comfortably. If you pay attention to the reviews when ordering you should be satisfied with your purchase. But if you order based just on the product description and in your actual size you will be disappointed. These products are definitely not just our size. UPDATE: I've worn and washed these shirts a few times now and am happy to say they do not continue to shrink. Like most t-shirts they fit a little more snug right out of the dryer but quickly stretch back out with wear. Please note that the very first time I dried them I used the cotton setting to shrink the shirts right away and check the fit. Now I just use the same regular cold water wash and dry settings as for other pyjamas. I am also happy to say the stitching is great quality and launders well. The only drawback is the sleeves which only just reach my wrist if my arms are hanging straight down. If I stretch out my arms or reach for something they become 3/4 length. I have to keep pushing them up because of this, but because there are no cuffs and the sleeves are baggy they keep falling down. Definitely irritating. In terms of fit and look, the shrunken 3X shirts fit my 1X body well, very similar to how the shirt looks on the model in the photos. Note that her sleeves are pushed up! I would still give this item 3.5 stars as far as inexpensive pyjama tops go and would purchase again. I just ordered two with short sleeves. But, if I'd ordered this item with the expectation that a) it would fit my actual size, b) stay that way after washing, and c) be nice enough to wear as a proper shirt, I would have rated it 1 star or less. A further note: it isn't enough to change my rating the black fabric does tend to attract white pet hair and lint if that is a concern for you. A FINAL NOTE: It's been many mo3ths since I bought these shirts and they have held up amazingly well considering how often I wear them. I take no special care with them, just toss them in the washer and dryer and they come out great. I'm happy to say the lint issue was very minor, and now that the material has softened up with frequent washings it's not a problem at all. These are definitely my go to shirts for around the house. And if someone drops by I don't feel like I'm not properly dressed. I have never used these shirts for sleeping but imagine they would be comfortable for that purpose. If you can manage to get the right size after factoring in the small make and shrinkage issues these shirts are good value for the money. I am probably going to order more of these and thin out my current t-shirt collection since these are the ones I wear most often. The sleeves could still be longer and cuffed (or tighter) and the fabric does tend to come out of the dryer a bit wrinkled. These shirts are not perfect, but the price is decent and the quality and material are good. I highly recommend these for comfortable loungewear or pyjamas. Plus, I've also worn then on a few occasions with jeans to run errands and such and they actually didn't look bad.
