Runs small

Bought this for my 9 year old daughter . She is on the small side and usually buy medium for her. It fit like a tight crop top. So definitely size up. Quality of the material was good though .Will buy again in maybe a large or extra large to give her some wear out of it.

Size chart way off

Size chart says XL is 38.5 inches in the chest. Not even close. It was barely 30 inches and skin tight. The size chart is WAY off for this item. Don't know where they got sizing from.
