Looks awesome, sturdy, UPDATE: it is SUPPOSED to have 2 hot valves.

As a few others have said, mine came with two hot valves instead of one hot/one cold. Annoying, sets my project back a few days. UPDATE: Okay, I’m an idiot, and so is everyone else who complained about this. Talked to Symmons. They ship cross-handled faucets with two “hot” valves because they both turn counter-clockwise, which is the natural way to close a valve with a circular handle. (Maybe they should add a note to the directions explaining this though.)

slight mix up

we bought this from amazon warehouse at a steep discount. it actually came with two Hot knobs instead of a hot and cold so once installed both knobs turn the same direction. aside from that issue it looks great and seems like a quality fixture.

Quality manufacturing

Nice high quality heft and shine. Installed easily. It seems very well made. It is compact- TBH, in this bathroom (see photos), I might have chosen a set with more height and scale in hindsight. I still really love it though. If you have a smaller bathroom I think it would look even more amazing.

Great value

Great price and quality product. I spaced mine 10” and love it. Had it installed by a plumber because I have no idea how to do plumbing and too lazy to watch a YouTube video

Quality control?

Received 2 cold valves and no hot. I noticed another reviewer received 2 hot valves. Update: I returned the faucet to Amazon for an exchange, and today I received my new one. Again I got 2 cold valves and no hot valve. Now I've contacted the manufacturer. We'll see what happens. Update 2: Manufacturer never returned my email. I installed the unit anyway--at which point I discovered one of the knobs was crooked. Quality... When I do my next bathroom, I think I'll buy Kohler.
